Նախատեսել ենք իրականացնել 1 շաբաթ նստացույց Գլխավոր դատախազության դիմաց՝ ժամը 11:00-ից մինչև 20:00-ը: Այս մասին դատախազության դիմաց՝ ի պաշտպանություն Դավիթ Մինասյանի մի քանի մայրերի նստացույցի ժամանակ ասել է անչափահաս երեխաների մայր Սայիդա Պողոսյանը:
«Նստացույցը սկսում եմ միայնակ ու կոչ եմ անում այն մայրիկներին, ովքեր անտարբեր չեն Դավիթ Մինասյանի կյանքով՝ միանալ, նստել ու աջակցել: Գլխավոր դատախազից պահանջում ենք անաչառ քննություն, թույլ տալ, որ Դավիթի բուժումը անցկացվի տանը և ընտանիքի հոգատարության ներքո: Մենք գիտենք, որ Դավիթը մեղավոր չէ, Դավիթի վիճակը շատ վատ է, մեր նապատակն է օգնել, որ Դավիթը հիվանդանոցում ստանա լիարժեք բուժում, մինչև այն պահը, երբ ի վիճակի կլինի ենթարկվել դատախազության հրամաններին: Լիահույս եմ, որ հնարավորություն կունենանք ազդել իրավիճակի վրա»,- նշել է նա:
Նշենք, որ Դավիթ Մինասյանին անհապաղ կալանքից ազատելու պահանջով մայրերը մինչև երեկո կմնան դատախազության մոտ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ գլխավոր դատախազությունը մերժել է առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող 18-ամյա Դավիթ Մինասյանին ազատել կալանքից։
