Ճամբարակում հիմնվում է շչակային ազդարարման համակարգ

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ճամբարակ քաղաքում ԵԱՀԿ ֆինանսավորմամբ եւ Գավառի «Օրհուս» կենտրոնի հետ համագործակցությամբ հիմնվելու է շչակային ազդարարման համակարգ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետի տեղակալ Կարեն Հակոբյանի մոտ կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում «Աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման ազգային պլատֆորմ» համնադրամի եւ Հայաստանում Օրհուս կենտրոնների համագործակցության ամրապնդման միջոցով համայնքների` աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցման կարողությունների հզորացում» ծրագիրը ներկայացրեց «Աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման ազգային պլատֆորմ» հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Մովսես Պողոսյանը:
«Ծրագրի մեկնարկը տրվել է 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 2-ից, որի ավարտի ժամկետ է սահմանվել մինչեւ այս տարվա ապրիլի 15-ը: Ծրագիրը միտված է ուժեղացնելու Հայաստանում «Օրհուս» բնապահպանական տեղեկատվական կենտրոնների, ինչպես նաեւ ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻՆ փրկարարական վարչության ու տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիների հետ համագործակցությունը աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցման եւ աղետակայուն համայնքներ ստեղծելու հարցում: Այդ ընթացքում ԵԱՀԿ միջոցներով եւ Գավառի «Օրհուս» կենտրոնի, ինչպես նաեւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի փրկարար ծառայության հետ համագործակցությամբ պետք է հասցնենք Ճամբարակ քաղաքում հիմնել շչակային ազդարարման համակարգ: Նույն ծրագրի շրջանակներում «Լոռէ» փրկարարական ջոկատի ջանքերով Ճամբարակ քաղաքում համայնքի ղեկավարի գլխավորությամբ ձեւավորվելու է աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցման հարցերով զբաղվող թիմ, որի հիմքում լինելու է համայնքի քաղպաշտպանության համակարգը:
Ազդարարման համակարգի ձեռքբերումը եւ նրա տեղադրման վայրի ընտրությունը ԵԱՀԿ-ն կատարելու է ՀՀ ՏԿԱԻ նախարարության համապատասխան մասնագետների միջոցով: Թիրախային համայնք ընտրվել է Ճամբարակ քաղաքը, քանի որ այն գտնվում է հակառակորդի հետ շփման գծին մոտիկ, ուղիղ նշանառության տակ»-ներկայացրեց Մովսես Պողոսյանը:
Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետի տեղակալ Կարեն Հակոբյանը, հավանություն տալով ծրագրին, նշեց, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանը պատրաստ է աջակցել այնպիսի խնդիրների լուծմանը, որոնք միտված են մարզի սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերում աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցմանը, աղետակայուն համայնքների ստեղծմանը, քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության համակարգի կատարելագործմանն ու արդիականացմանը:
