Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունները հանդես են եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ՝ նշելով, որ երկու երկրները հասել են «Ադրբեջանական ավիաուղիների» (AZAL) ինքնաթիռի կործանման հետևանքների, այդ թվում՝ փոխհատուցման հարցի պատշաճ լուծման: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին հաղորդում է Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարարությունը։

Հայտարարության համաձայն՝ համաձայնությունը ձեռք է բերվել նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Իլհամ Ալիևի միջև Դուշանբեում 2025 թ. հոկտեմբերին կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ։

«Ձեռնարկված քայլերը հաստատում են փոխադարձ հանձնառությունը՝ դաշնակցային գործընկերության շրջանակներում փոխշահավետ համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման համար։ Մենք վստահություն ենք հայտնում, որ փոխադարձ հարգանքի, վստահության և միմյանց շահերի վրա հիմնված ռուս-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացումը կնպաստի բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդմանը և երկու երկրների ժողովուրդների շահերից բխող համագործակցության ընդլայնմանը», – նշված է հայտարարության մեջ։

Կողմերը նաև ցավակցություն են հայտնել ինքնաթիռի վթարի հետևանքով զոհվածների ընտանիքներին և մտերիմներին։

Բաքվից Գրոզնի թռչող AZAL-ի ինքնաթիռը վթարի է ենթարկվել 2024 թ. դեկտեմբերին Ղազախստանում: Վթարի հետևանքով զոհվել է 38 մարդ, 29 մարդ ողջ է մնացել։

Ինքնաթիռի վթարը տեղի է ունեցել այն ժամանակ, երբ ռուսական հակաօդային պաշտպանությունը հետ է մղել ուկրաինական անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի հարձակումը Կովկասի տարածաշրջանի ուղղությամբ։ Բաքուն անմիջապես հայտարարել է, որ ինքնաթիռը վթարի է ենթարկվել «արտաքին ազդեցության հետևանքով»։

Մոսկվան հերքել է ինքնաթիռի խոցմանն իր առնչությունը, ինչը լրջորեն սրել է Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունները: Ալիևը խոսել է միջազգային դատարան դիմելու ծրագրերի մասին։

Վթարից մեկ տարի անց Դուշանբեում Ալիևի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Պուտինն ընդունել է, որ ռուսական հակաօդային պաշտպանության հրթիռները պայթել են ադրբեջանական ինքնաթիռի մոտ։
