Եվրոպական երկրները, որոնք ամենից շատ են հանձնառու Ուկրաինային օգնել Ռուսաստանի հետ պատերազմում, խոստացել են շարունակել աջակցել Կիևին, միաժամանակ կոչ անելով, որ Իրանի շուրջ հակամարտությունը ուշադրությունն ու ռեսուրսները չշեղի Ուկրաինայից, որը խիստ կարիք ունի օդային պաշտպանության, գրում է The New York Times-ը։
«Մենք պետք է ապահովենք, որ կարողանանք անխափան աջակցություն ցուցաբերել Ուկրաինային»,- ասել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Մարկ Ռյուտեն Բեռլինում Կիևին աջակցող գրեթե չորս տասնյակ երկրների հանդիպման ժամանակ։
Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Գերմանիան, Նորվեգիան, Բելգիան, Բուլղարիան և Էստոնիան, ի թիվս այլոց, հայտարարել են Ուկրաինայի ռազմական ջանքերին նոր աջակցության մասին։
Ռյուտեն մյուս դաշնակից երկրներին կոչ է արել ավելի շատ ներդրում անել՝ նպատակ ունենալով այս տարի հասնել Ուկրաինային տրամադրվող 60 միլիարդ դոլարի ռազմական օգնության նպատակին։
