Ինչու ճնշման դեղերն այլևս չեն օգնում կարգավորել ճնշումը

Բարձր արյան ճնշումը՝ հիպերտոնիա, համարվում է այն քրոնիկ վիճակներից մեկը, որը պահանջում է երկարաժամկետ վերահսկում։ Սակայն շատ մարդիկ ժամանակի ընթացքում նկատում են, որ նախկինում արդյունավետ «ճնշման դեղերն» այլևս նույն ազդեցությունը չունեն։ Սա կարող է տարբեր պատճառներ ունենալ, և միշտ չէ, որ նշանակում է, թե դեղը «դադարել է աշխատել»։
Բժիշկների խոսքով՝ ամենատարածված պատճառներից մեկը օրգանիզմի փոփոխված արձագանքն է բուժմանը։ Ժամանակի ընթացքում հիվանդությունը կարող է առաջընթաց ունենալ, և նախկին դեղաչափը պարզապես այլևս բավարար չի լինում ճնշումը վերահսկելու համար։
Մյուս կարևոր գործոնը բուժման անկանոնությունն է։ Շատ մարդիկ դեղերը ընդունում են ոչ մշտապես կամ բաց են թողնում դոզաներ, ինչի հետևանքով արյան ճնշումը սկսում է տատանվել, և տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, թե դեղը չի օգնում։
Բացի այդ, որոշ դեպքերում ազդեցության նվազումը կարող է կապված լինել նաև օրգանիզմի հարմարվողականության կամ ուղեկցող հիվանդությունների առաջացման հետ՝ օրինակ՝ երիկամների կամ սրտանոթային համակարգի խնդիրների սրացում։
Մասնագետները նաև նշում են, որ կենսակերպը մեծ դեր ունի բուժման արդյունավետության մեջ։ Աղի չափից շատ օգտագործումը, ավելորդ քաշը, սթրեսը և ֆիզիկական ակտիվության պակասը կարող են զգալիորեն նվազեցնել նույնիսկ ճիշտ ընտրված դեղամիջոցի ազդեցությունը։
Կարևոր է նաև հիշել, որ ինքնուրույն դեղ փոխելը կամ դոզան ավելացնելը կարող է վտանգավոր լինել։ Ճնշման վերահսկման դեպքում հաճախ անհրաժեշտ է բուժման սխեմայի վերանայում՝ բժշկի կողմից։
Ճնշման դեղերի «չազդելը» հաճախ ոչ թե դեղի անարդյունավետության, այլ օրգանիզմի կամ կենսակերպի փոփոխությունների հետևանք է։ Ճիշտ մոտեցումը ոչ թե ինքնաբուժումն է, այլ մասնագիտական վերահսկողությունը։
