Հայաստանի կազմաքանդումն այնքան խորն է, որ հատվածային վերականգնում հնարավոր չէ։ Պետք է այդ մասին ազնիվ խոսել ու հետևություններ անել։

«Առաջարկ Հայաստանին» ծրագիրը, իմ պատկերացմամբ, պետք է լինի Հայաստանի հետպատերազմյան վերականգնումըպատկերող համապարփակ ծրագիրը, որը պետք է ձևակերպի ազգային կարճաժամկետ ու ռազմավարական նոր նպատակները։

1. Այն պետք է ենթադրի փոխհամաձայնություն՝ առաջիկա տարիների համար կառավարման սկզբունքների շուրջ: Համակեցության նոր կանոնների հաստատում, որը ենթրադրելու է «չի կարելիների» մի հստակ կոշտ ցանկ։

2. Վաղվա Հայաստանը պիտի ունենա փոխադարձ հարգանքի, իրար լսելու, զիջելու, հանդուրժելու մտածողությամբ հասարակություն։ Պարտադրված խեղճությունից ձևավորված մեր ներքին ագրեսիան որպես հանրային որակ պետք է վերանա։

3. Առաջնահերթ խնդիր է ազգային դրական հատկանիշների վերածնունդը՝ գրագետ հայի, կարգին հայի, արժանապատիվ հայի կերպարի ինտենսիվ քարոզը, վերագտնումը, վերակերտումը։ Սա պետք է դառնա Հայաստանի և հայկական աշխարհի կարևորագույն պրոցեսներից մեկը։ Մենք պետք է ջարդենք խղճուկ, կոտրված, նյութապաշտ հայի կերպարը, որը հիմա, ցավոք, խրախուսվում է։ Առաջիկա տասնամյակներում մենք պետք է այս խնդիրը համարենք գերակա՝ մանկապարտեզից սկսած աշխատելով։

4. Պետք է խիզախություն ունենանք հասկանալու 2018-ից հետո մեզ հետ կատարվածը՝ ամբողջ խորությամբ։ Պետք է անցնենք հանրային ամոթի և զղջման փուլը, պետք է հասկանանք՝ ինչո՞ւ այդքան տկար գտնվեցին պետական ինստիտուտները և ինչպե՞ս մեկ հոգին կարողացավ իր անձով փոխարինել բոլոր համակարգերն ու անխոչընդոտ անել այն ամենը, ինչ ուզում էր։

5. Մենք պետք է հասկանանք՝ ինչպես է ձևավորվում կամակատարների, բոլոր անօրինական հրահանգներ կատարողների սոցիալական շերտը, և ինչպես անել, որ նման բան այլևս չլինի։

6. Եվ վերջապես պետք է ստեղծենք համակարգ, որի շնորհիվ այլևս ոչ ոք ու երբեք չկարողանա Հայաստանը միանձնյա կառավարել։ Ստեղծել մեխանիզմներ, հակակշիռներ, որպեսզի ոչ մեկն այլևս չկարողանա իր միական որոշումներով երկիրը տանել պատմական ողբերգության, որպեսզի այլևս երբեք չստեղծվի վիճակ, երբ երկրի ապագան կախված է Ալիևների ցանկություններից։

7. Ուշադիր նայենք վերջին հարյուրամյակի մեր ընթացքը. այն արձանագրում է մեր տարածքների և բնակչության սիստեմատիկ կրճատում։

Հայաստանը կանգնած է կոպիտ ագրեսիայի և հարևանների կողմից հիբրիդային կլանման միաժամանակյա վտանգի առաջ։ Մեր պետական մտածողությունը և ազգային լրջությունը կայանում են այս սուր մարտահրավերը ընկալելու և դրանք բացառիկ գրագետ քայլերով չեզոքացնելու մեջ։

Մենք պետք է ունենանք պատշաճ պետական մտածողություն՝ գնալու հետպատերազմյան վերականգնման և հիմքը դնելու ժամանակակից հայկական պետության։
