Իսակովի պողոտան կաթվածահար է․ քաղաքացիները մոտ 3 ժամ խցանման մեջ են մնում, ո՞ւմ համար են սարքում ճանապարհը

Ապրիլի 14-ի առավոտյան ժամը 06։30-ից Իսակովի պողոտան ասֆալտապատման աշխատանքներով պայմանավորված Արմավիրից Երևան ուղղությամբ փակ է լինելու։ Երթևեկությունը կազմակերպվելու է հանդիպակաց գոտով․ այս մասին հայտնել են Ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտից։
Իսակովի պողոտայում իրականացվող ասֆալտապատման և փոսալցման աշխատանքների հետևանքով մի քանի օր է՝ խցանումներ են լինում, քաղաքացիներն ահազանգում են, որ ամեն օր մի քանի ժամ կանգնում են խցանման մեջ։
«Խայտառակ վիճակ է, ամեն օր շուտ եմ դուրս գալիս, որ հասցնեմ աշխատանքի գնալ, սակայն, 40 րոպեում 1կմ տեղ եմ անցել այսօր, ավելի լավ է հեռու մնալ Իսակովից, եթե չեք ուզում օրը սկսել գլխացավով»,- MediaHub-ին պատմում են ահազանգած քաղաքացիները։
Նրանցից մեկը մեզ ասաց, որ սովորական օրերին 40 րոպեում Էջմիածնից հասել է Օպերա, հիմա՝ 2,5-3 ժամում։
«Ոչ մի իրականության մեջ չեմ հասկանա՝ ոնց կարելի էր միակ գրեթե փոս չունեցող փողոցը քանդել»,- հայտնեց մեզ դիմած քաղաքացին։
Մեկ ուրիշն էլ նեղսրտած ասում է՝ այլընտրանքային ճանապարհ է գտել. «Ով կպատկերացներ, որ Էջմիածնից Երևան չերեզ Մասիս կգնամ։ Արդեն մտածում ենք քաղաքացիներով, թե ստորագրահավաք անենք, չգիտեմ, միտինգ անենք, գումար էլ, որ հավաքեն, կմասնակցեմ, միայն ժամերով չմնանք Իսակովի պողոտայում։ Երեկ 4-5 ժամ էլ ես եմ մնացել խցանումների մեջ, նաև ձեր ասած տեղում, ու ոչ մի ձև չկա ֆրուստրացիան հաղթահարելու, քիչ ա մնում դուրս գաս ու աջ ու ձախ ահավոր վատ բաներ անես սաղին։ Սենց մարդկանց վրա թքած ունենա՞լ , արհամարհել քաղաքացիների՞ն»։
Նշենք, որ այս ամենը պայմանավորված է 2026թ. մայիսի 3-5-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ-ում կայանալիք լայնամասշտաբ միջոցառումներով (ԵՔՀ 8-րդ գագաթնաժողով, ՀՀ-ԵՄ գագաթնաժողով, Երևանյան երկխոսություն)։
Ըստ երևույթին՝ հենց այդ պատճառով է, որ Իսակովի պողոտան քանդել են, որ նոր ասֆալտապատման և փոսալցման աշխատանմքներ իրականացնեն։
MediaHub-ը դիմեց Ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտ, հասկանալու՝ ե՞րբ կավարտվեն աշխատանքները, և ի վերջո քաղաքացիները ժամերով չեն մնա խցանման մեջ, և արդյո՞ք Եվրոպայից եկող պաշտոնյաների համար են անում ասֆալտապատման աշխատանքները։
«Դեռևս 2025 թվականից է նախատեսված եղել նորոգել Իսակովի պողոտան։ Ճանապարհն ուներ նորոգման անհրաժեշտություն։ Միջին նորոգման աշխատանքներն այժմ մեծ տեմպերով ընթանում են՝ հնարավորինս շուտ ավարտելու համար։ Նախատեսվում է մինչև մայիսի սկիզբ ավարտել շինարարությունը»,- նշեցին Ճանապարհային դեպարտամենտից։
Նշենք, որ անգամ «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանն էր զգուշացրել, որ դեպի օդանավակայան տանող Իսակովի պողոտայում ներկայումս իրականացվում են լայնածավալ ճանապարհային աշխատանքներ, որոնք կարող են առաջացնել երթևեկության ժամանակավոր խցանումներ։
«Չվերթի հաշվառումը սկսվում է թռիչքի սահմանված ժամից 3 ժամ առաջ և փակվում է թռիչքից 1 ժամ առաջ»,- հայտնել են օդանավակայանից։
