Հերթական խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ, Հայաստանում ստեղծվել է ունիկալ իրավիճակ։

Մի կողմում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու ՔՊ-ն են՝ իրենց իշխանության տարիներին «վաստակած» պարտություններով, կորուստներով, ներքին պառակտումներով, ձախողված ծրագրերով և այդ ամենի՝ «Խաղաղության» փաթեթավորման փորձերով։

Մյուս կողմում՝ ազգային օրակարգի վրա հենված ընդդիմադիր ուժերն են՝ համալրված նոր սերնդով, ապագայի ծրագրերով, արժանապատիվ, ուժեղ և անվտանգ Հայաստանի տեսլականով, հայկական պետականության վերելքի ու միջազգային դիրքերի վերականգնման հեռանկարով, ինչպես նաև ստեղծված կործանարար ընթացքի դեմ անհաշտ պայքարով։

Այլ ընտրություն՝ պրակտիկորեն չկա։

ՀՀ քաղաքացին կամ պետք է ընտրի ինքնախաբեությունը, և հաջորդ հնգամյակում ականատես լինի, թե ինչպես են իր երբեմնի զարգացող պետությունը դարձնում թույլ, պատերազմի վախի տակ գոյատևող, մաշվող ու հայաթափվող երկիր։

Կամ պետք է ընտրի փոփոխությունների հույսը, և հաջորդ հնգամյակում ականատես լինի իրավիճակի փոփոխության, անվտանգային երաշխիքների, ուժի և արժանապատվության վրա հենված կայուն խաղաղության, համազգային միասնության ու պետության արտաքին դիրքերի ամրացմանը։

Վերջերս մի քանի սոցհարցումների տվյալներ էի ուսումնասիրում, և ինձ անկեղծորեն ուրախացրեց հետևյալ փաստը։ Դա երևում է նաև սովորական մարդկային շփումներում։

Մեր երկրի երիտասարդության մեծամասնությունը չի ընդունում այն բանաձևը, որն առաջարկում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու ՔՊ-ն։ Պետությանը հասցված տարածքային ու անվտանգային ցավալի կորուստների կողքին՝ նրանց չի բավարարում հեռավոր գյուղի ասֆալտը, գույնզգույն վերանորոգումներն ու այս կամ այն ոլորտի կոսմետիկ "նորարարությունները"։ Նրանք չեն ցանկանում մոռանալ իրենց ազգային արժանապատվությունն ու ոգեղեն զարթոնքը, և չեն ցանկանում խաբվել կառավարության մակերեսային ու ցուցափեղկային քաղաքականությամբ։

Նրանց ուժեղ երկիր է պետք, որը կերաշխավորի երիտասարդի առաջիկա 20-30 տարիների կայուն զարգացման, անվտանգ ու արժանապատիվ կյանքի, ներքին ու արտաքին ներդրումների վրա կառուցված ամուր տնտեսության, ու կյանքի տարբեր փուլերում ազատ ինքնադրսևորման իրական հնարավորությունները։ Նրանց անհրաժեշտ է, որ իրենց երկրում երաշխավորված լինեն ազգային պետությանը բնորոշ հոգևոր-մշակութային արժեքների ու ազգային ինքնության պահպանման բոլոր բաղադրիչները։ Նրանք իսկապես ուզում են իրենց երկրի տերը լինել, ոչ թե իրենց կյանքը դասավորեն հարևան ադրբեջանցիների կամ թուրքերի "պատկերացումների" ու պահանջների շրջանակներում։

Երիտասարդության մոտեցումն ինձ վստահեցնում է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ապագա ունի, վերականգնվելու և ուժեղանալու շանսեր ունի, պետականությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունն ամրացնելու ներքին մղում ունի, ազգային արժեքների ու շահերի վրա հենված մտածողություն ունի։ Եվ ամենակարևորը՝ երիտասարդության մեծամասնությունը պրագմատիկ է, և չի տրվում քարոզչական մանիպուլյատիվ լոզունգներին ու ստերին:
