Ուշադիր եղիր՝ ինչ վիտամին D ես տալիս երեխայիդ

Վիտամին D-ն երեխաների համար ամենահաճախ նշանակվող հավելումներից է, սակայն ոչ բոլոր ծնողները գիտեն, որ տարբեր դեղերը կարող են էապես տարբերվել իրենց բաղադրությամբ և ազդեցությամբ։ Թվում է՝ «բոլորը նույնն են», բայց իրականում տարբերությունը կարող է կարևոր լինել երեխայի առողջության համար։
Շուկայում լայնորեն օգտագործվում են օրինակ Ակվադետրիմ, Դետրիմեդ, Վիգանտոլ և Վիդեհոլ տարբերակները։ Բոլորն էլ պարունակում են վիտամին D3, բայց տարբեր են իրենց հիմքով և օժանդակ նյութերով։
Օրինակ՝ Ակվադետրիմը ջրային հիմքով է, ինչը հեշտացնում է կլանումը, բայց դրա մեջ կան նաև բուրավետիչներ և հավելումներ, որոնք որոշ երեխաների մոտ կարող են առաջացնել ալերգիկ ռեակցիա կամ անհարմարություն։ Դետրիմեդն ու Վիգանտոլը հիմնականում յուղային հիմքով են, ինչը ավելի «բնական» է, քանի որ վիտամին D-ն ճարպալույծ է, սակայն այս տարբերակները երբեմն ավելի ծանր են մարսողական համակարգի համար։ Վիդեհոլը ևս օգտագործվում է, բայց ոչ միշտ է հարմար փոքր երեխաների համար՝ դոզավորման առանձնահատկությունների պատճառով։
Կարևոր է նաև հասկանալ, որ նույն կաթիլը տարբեր դեղերում կարող է ունենալ տարբեր քանակի վիտամին։ Այսինքն՝ մեկ դեղից 1 կաթիլը կարող է լինել 500 IU, իսկ մյուսում՝ այլ չափաբաժին, և հենց այստեղ է առաջանում գերդոզավորման վտանգը։
Մասնագետները նաև նշում են, որ երբեմն ծնողները փոխում են դեղը՝ չհաշվարկելով դոզան կամ նույնիսկ միաժամանակ օգտագործում են տարբեր բրենդներ, ինչը կարող է ավելացնել վիտամինի քանակը օրգանիզմում։
Վիտամին D ընտրելիս կարևոր է ուշադրություն դարձնել ոչ միայն անվանը, այլ նաև բաղադրությանը, հիմքին և դոզավորմանը։ Նույն թվացող դեղերը կարող են տարբեր կերպ ազդել երեխայի օրգանիզմի վրա, և ճիշտ ընտրությունը պետք է լինի մտածված, ոչ պատահական։
