Associated Press-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ոստիկանությունը վերականգնել է ռումինական լեգենդար Կոտոֆենեշտի սաղավարտը, որը գողացվել էր Նիդեռլանդների Դրենտեի թանգարանից 2025 թվականի հունվարին ։
Ապրիլի 3-ին, ուրբաթ օրը, հոլանդացի դատախազներն ու զինված ոստիկանները Ասեն քաղաքում մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ներկայացրեցին երկուսուկես հազար տարվա հնության անգին պատմական արտեֆակտ։ Ոսկե սաղավարտի հետ միասին գտնվել են նաև երկու ապարանջան։ Երրորդ ապարանջանի գտնվելու վայրը, որը նույնպես գողացվել էր մեկ տարի առաջ, ներկայումս անհայտ է։
«Սաղավարտը մի փոքր փոսիկավորված է, բայց լուրջ վնաս չկա: Ապարանջանները կատարյալ վիճակում են», - մամուլի ասուլիսում ասաց Դրենտեի թանգարանի տնօրեն Ռոբերտ վան Լանգը:
Կոտոֆենեստիի սաղավարտի հայտնաբերման մանրամասները դեռևս չեն հրապարակվել, սակայն գործով առաջին կասկածյալները ձերբակալվել են գողությունից մի քանի օր անց։
Կոտոֆենեշտիի սաղավարտը պատրաստվել է մ.թ.ա. 5-րդ դարում և գտնվել է 1927 թվականին Կոտոֆենեշտի գյուղի մոտ։ Ժամանակի ընթացքում այն դարձել է Ռումինիայի ամենաարժեքավոր պատմական արտեֆակտներից մեկը ։
Ասենում գտնվող Դրենտեի թանգարանի վրա հարձակումը տեղի է ունեցել 2025 թվականի հունվարի 25-ի գիշերը։ Հարձակվողները պայթեցրել են թանգարանի դուռը և գողացել սաղավարտ և երեք ապարանջան։ Միջադեպը սրել է Ռումինիայի և Նիդեռլանդների միջև հարաբերությունները։ Մասնավորապես, Ռումինիայի կառավարությունը մեղադրել է Դրենտեի թանգարանին խոստացված անվտանգության միջոցառումները չկատարելու մեջ և սպառնացել է Նիդեռլանդներին մեծ դատական հայցով։
