Ադրբեջանը Ռիգայում ապացուցեց, որ չի փոխել իր ապակառուցողական դիրքորոշումը ԼՂ հիմնախնդրում. Նալբանդյան

Արևելյան գործընկերության երկրների` Ռիգայում կայացած գագաթնաժողովի ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի վարքագիծը ցույց տվեց, որ որևէ փոփոխություն տեղի չի ունեցել ԼՂ հիմնախնդրում այդ երկրի դիրքորոշման մեջ: Նման դիտարկում արեց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը` լրագրողի խնդրանքով արձագանքելով Արդբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, թե «Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ է տեղաշարժել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հա կամարտության բանակցային գործընթացը»:
«Պետք է պարզել, թե ում կողմից են սպասում տեղաշարժ` միջազգային հանրության, թե իրենք են պատրաստ տեղաշարժի գնալ: Մինչ այսօր Ադրբեջանը բավական ապակառուցողական և ոչ իրատեսական դիրքորոշում է դրսևորել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդրի կարգավորման հարցում: Վերջին անգամ դա ակնհայտ եղավ Ռիգայում»,- լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց ՀՀ արտգործնախարարը:
Մայիսի 21-22-ը Ռիգայում կայացած «Արևելյան գործընկերության» գագաթաժողովին Ադրբեջանն ընդդիմացավ ստորագրել գագաթնաժողովի եզրափակիչ փաստաթուղթը, որի մեջ ներառված էին նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի համակարտությանը վերաբերող դրույթներ: Փաստաթղթում մասնավորապես նշվում էր, որ Եվրոպական միության 28 երկրները և ԱլԳ պետություններն աջակցում են Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերին և ՄԽ համանախագահող երկրների նախագահների հայտարարություններին:
«Ադրբեջանը հակադրվեց այդ դիրքորոշմանը` ցույց տալով, որ որևէ փոփոխություն չի կատարվել իրենց դիրքորոշման մեջ: Եթե իրենք մտադիր են այսուհետ փոխել և ավելի կառուցողական մոտեցում ցուցաբերել, ապա ինչո՞ւ ոչ»,- հավելեց նախարարը` արձագանքելով հարցին` արդոք Ադրբեջանի նախարարի հայտարարությունը լավատեսական ազդակ է:
