Երևանում 46-ամյա տղամարդու սպանության դեպքի առթիվ քրգործ է հարուցվել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ 46-ամյա տղամարդու սպանության դեպքի առթիվ. տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը:
2015 թվականի հուլիսի 12-ին՝ ժամը 18:50-ին, հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ շտապօգնության 72-րդ խումբը կանչով մեկնել է Երևան քաղաքի Օհանովի փողոցի թիվ 17 շենքի բնակարաններից մեկը, որտեղ հայտնաբերվել է տղամարդու դիակ:
Ահազանգի հիման վրա դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը՝ Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնի ավագ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ:
Ըստ դեպքի վայրի զննության մասնակից Գ.Հայրոյանի հայտարարության՝ մահացածը հանդիսանում է իր քրոջ ամուսինը` 1969թ-ին ծնված Համլետ Ասատրյանը: Դիակի զննությամբ պարանոցի շրջանում հայտնաբերվել են հրազենային վնասվածքներին բնորոշ մարմնական վնասվածքներ:
Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հուլիսի 12-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Նույն օրը որոշում է կայացվել՝ քննչական խումբ ստեղծելու մասին։
Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ տան ննջասենյակի պահարանի միջից հայտնաբերվել է 10սմ երկարությամբ սև գույնի ատրճանակ: Զննության են ենթարկվել Համլետ Ասատրյանին պատկանող «Նիսսան Պատռոլ» մակնիշի և «Ռոլս Ռոյս Ռայթ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները: Դեպքի վայրից, դիակից վերցվել են նմուշներ, նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական, դատակենսաբանական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ։
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ ազգությամբ հայ Համլետ Ասատրյանը ՌԴ քաղաքացի է, ով Երևան է եկել 2015թ-ի հուլիսի 9-ին և բնակվել նշված բնակարանում։ Դիակը հայտնաբերել է նրա կնոջ եղբայրը՝ Գ.Հայրոյանը, ով անհանգստանալով, որ Հ.Ասատրյանն իրեն չի զանգահարել և չի պատասխանել հեռախոսազանգերին, 2015թ. հուլիսի 12-ին՝ ժամը 18-ի սահմաններում, գնացել է նշված բնակարան, իր բանալիով բացել բնակարանի մուտքի դուռը և նախասրահում տեսել Հ.Ասատրյանի դին` արնաշաղախ վիճակում:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ՝ հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու, դեպքի հանգամանքները, բազմակողմանի և օբյեկտիվ քննությունն ապահովելու, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
