«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մինչ հանրությունն ակտիվորեն քննարկում է, թե երբ, ի վերջո, կստորագրեն ՀՅԴ-ն ու ՀՀԿ-ն «բարաթը», ավելի հետաքրքրական հարց է երեւի թե այն, թե այդ «բարաթը» երբ կպատռվի, այսինքն՝ երբ կբաժանվի այդ կոալիցիան: Այդ հարցն առնվազն առկա է 2017-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների կոնտեքստում: Այսինքն՝ ընտրություններից առաջ համագործակցող ՀՅԴ-ն ու ՀՀԿ-ն ընտրությունների շեմին կբաժանվե՞ն, թե՞ միասին կգնան ընտրության, այսպես ասած՝ կոալիցիայով, ինչպես, օրինակ, «Միասնություն» դաշինքը 1999 թվականին:

Եթե պետք է բաժանվեն ընտրությունների շեմին, ապա էլ ո՞րն է դրանից առաջ ինչ-որ բան ստորագրելու իմաստը: Իսկ եթե այնուհանդերձ բաժանվեն, արդյո՞ք ընտրություններից հետո նորից կկազմեն կոալիցիա՝ այսպես ասած կայուն մեծամասնություն ձեւավորելով: Սրանք երեւի թե ավելի հետաքրքրական հարցեր են, քան այն, թե ի վերջո՝ երբ կստորագրվի համագործակցության մասին փաստաթուղթը:
Վերջին հաշվով, Հայաստանում կյանքը հետաքրքիր է դառնում ոչ թե կոալիցիաների կազմումով, այլ դրանց քանդվելուց հետո: Դրա մասին են վկայում մինչ այժմ ձեւավորված բոլոր կոալիցիաները: Իսկ Հայաստանի համար շրջադարձային քաղաքական զարգացումներ ու գործընթացներ տեղի են ունենում հենց այդ ժամանակաշրջաններում:

Բանն այն է, որ կոալիցիաները Հայաստանում կազմվում են մեկ տրամաբանությամբ՝ իշխանական կարկանդակի բաժանում: Իսկ ահա բաժանվում են այդ կոալիցիաները արդեն շատ ավելի լուրջ, հաճախ նույնիսկ արտաքին որոշակի երանգների ազդեցության արդյունքում, դրդապատճառներով:

Եվ ահա, այս տեսանկյունից, պետականության եւ հասարակական շահերի իմաստով ներկայումս տեղի է ունենում ընդամենը իշխանական կարկանդակի սովորական բաժանում, ինչքան էլ որ այդ բաժանումը սուբյեկտներն ուղեկցեն ազգի մասին տոննաներ կշռող մտահոգության վերաբերյալ հավաստիացումներով: Իսկ ահա, երբ կոալիցիաները քանդվում են, դա նշանակում է, որ առաջանում են արդեն իշխանական կարկանդակի գայթակղությունից ավելի ուժգին գործոններ, որոնք թույլ չեն տալիս վայելել իշխանական կարկանդակի բաժանման իդիլիան:

Այնպես որ, ՀՅԴ-ՀՀԿ տիրույթում որեւէ հետաքրքրության արժանի բան պետք է սպասել այն ժամանակ, երբ նրանք կբաժանվեն: Դրա պատճառները կամ մոտիվները, հաստատ արդեն շատ ավելի մեծ նշանակություն կունենան: Իսկ առայժմ, հասարակության աչքի առաջ ընդամենը տեղի է ունենում հանրային ունեցվածքի հերթական վերաբաշխումը, որը եւս մեկ անգամ հասարակությանը հիշեցնում է ընդամենը արդեն երկու տասնամյակ գոյություն ունեցող խնդիրը՝ իշխանություն ձեւավորելու հանրային իրավունքի եւ սահմանադրական կարգի վերականգնման հարցը:

Հանրությունը չպետք է շեղվի իր այդ խնդրից ուրիշի խնջույքի պատճառով, որը տեղի է ունենում իր ժանտախտի պայմաններում:
