Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 16-ին, դաժան ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Արագածոտնի մարզում: Ժամը 14:30-ի սահմաններում Երևան-Վանաձոր ավտոճանապարհի 80 կմ հատվածում՝ Ռյա Թազա գյուղի սկզբնամասում բախվել են Dodge մակնիշի 39 DD 333 համարանիշի և Վազ 2107 մակնիշի 34 VC 761 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենաները:

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով 1 հոգի տեղում, 1 հոգի էլ՝ հիվանդանոցի ճանապարհին մահացել են, իսկ 2 հոգի մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են Ապարանի բժշկական կենտրոն:

Վթարի վայր են ժամանել Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի աշխատակիցները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Գագիկ Վարդանյանի գլխավորությամբ: 

Այս պահին դեպքի վայրում նույն դասակի աշխատակիցները՝ ավագ տեսուչ Արտավազդ Մելքոնյանի գլխավորությամբ դեպքի վայրից հեռացնում են հետաքրքրասեր քաղաքացիներին, որպեսզի քննիչները կարողանան դեպքի վայրի զննություն կատարել:

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել է նաև ոստիկանության Արագածի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Եղիշե Հովակիմայնի գլխավորությամբ: 

Վթարի մասին ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել են մեծ թվով քննիչներ՝ վարչության պետ Մարատ Դուրյանի գլխավորությամբ: 

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև Արագածոտնի մարզի դատախազն ու տեղակալը: 

Ժամանել է նաև Ապարանի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ 1 մարտական հաշվարկով:

Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզել են, որ Dodge-ը վարել է Արմավիրի մարզի Արևաբույր գյուղի բնակիչ, 40-ամյա Գագիկ Մելքոնյանը, Վազ 2107-ը վարել է Ապարան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 28-ամյա Էդգար Խաչատրյանը:

Մահացածներն են՝ Ապարանի բնակիչներ, 51-ամյա Մարինե Դավթյանը և Վազ 2107-ի վարորդ Է. Խաչատրյանը: 

Վիրավորներն են՝ Ապարանի բնակիչ, 23-ամյա Թեհմինե Մարգարյանը և 1-ամյա Մարինե Խաչատրյանը:

Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ վթարի հիմնական պատճառներից մեկն էլ հնարավոր է լինի այն, որ ճանապահին կան բազմաթիվ մարդաբոյ փոսեր, ինչն էլ կարող է դարձած լինել վթարի պատճառ: 

Փաստի առթիվ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչության ավագ քննիչ Հայկ Մովսիսյանի որոշմամբ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր.օր.-ի 242 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի (ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է 2 և ավելի մարդու մահ) հատկանիշներով: 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
