Ահազանգ Արցախի՝ «Մենք ենք, մեր սարերը» հուշարձանը ոչնչացնելու մասին

Արձագանքելով Արցախի խորհրդանիշ՝ «Մենք ենք, մեր սարերը» հուշարձանը ոչնչացնելու մտադրության մասին ադրբեջանական սոցցանցերում տարածվող լուրերին, 

hաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ ընդամենը օրեր առաջ, ըստ հայկական և ադրբեջանական մեդիատիրույթում տարածված լուրերի, Արցախում՝ Ստեփանակերտում, հիմնահատակ ավերվել են հայկական հոգևոր մշակութային երկու կառույցներ՝ Սուրբ Հակոբ եկեղեցին և Սուրբ Աստվածամոր Հովանու Մայր տաճարը, 

բազմիցս փաստելով և կասկածի տակ չդնելով հայկական պատմամշակութային ժառանգությունը ոչնչացնելու ադրբեջանական ձեռագիրը՝

«Գեղարդ» հիմնադրամը դիմում է միջազգային մշակութային կառույցներին՝ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ին, Հուշարձանների և տեսարժան վայրերի պահպանման միջազգային խորհրդին (ԻԿՕՄՈՍ), քրիստոնեական համաշխարհային կազմակերպություններին ու կրոնական կենտրոններին՝ կաթոլիկ, ուղղափառ, բողոքական եկեղեցիներին՝ խնդրելով

խոչընդոտել ադրբեջանական կողմի վանդալիզմի քաղաքականությունը,

ճշգրտումներ անել Արցախում հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության, հատկապես՝ վանդալիզմի ենթարկված կամ վանդալիզմի ենթարկված լինելու մասին հայտարարություններում մատնանշված մշակութային հուշարձանների վերաբերյալ։

Հաշվի առնելով վերջին տարիներին Վատիկանի Սուրբ Աթոռի և Ադրբեջանի հարաբերությունների ջերմացումը, ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանում Ռուս Ուղղափառ եկեղեցու ներկայացված լինելու հանգամանքը՝ «Գեղարդ» հիմնադրամն ակնկալում է հատկապես վերջիններիս աջակցությունը՝ Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ հայտնված տարածքում վանդալիզմի ենթարկված հայկական քրիստոնեական ժառանգության փաստական վիճակի վերաբերյալ ճշտումներ կատարելու, փաստագրելու և ադրբեջանական կողմին վանդալիզմից հետ պահելու համար։

Վանդալիզմի դեպքերի վերաբերյալ այլ տեղեկություններ և լրացուցիչ փաստական տվյալներ ունենալու պարագայում հիշյալ կառույցներին ու կազմակերպություններին «Գեղարդ» հիմնադրամը կոչ է անում ճնշում գործադրել Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների վրա՝ հրաժարվելու հայկական մշակութային ժառանգությունը ոչնչացնելու, հայկական տեղաբնիկ հետքը ջնջելու և վանդալիզմի ենթարկելու փորձերից։

«Գեղարդ» հիմնադրամը կոչով դիմում է նաև իր հետևորդներին՝ խնդրելով ցանկացած փաստի առկայության դեպքում դրանք տրամադրել հիմնադրամին կամ հնարավորինս աջակցել՝ դրանց ձեռքբերման հարցում։
