Տևական ժամանակ է՝ Երևանի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի Նորագավիթ թաղամասի 8-րդ փողոցի մի քանի տների բնակիչներ չեն կարողանում հասկանալ, թե ինչու է «Վեոլիա ջուրը» 2 ոտքը դրել մի կոշիկի մեջ և փողոցով անցնող կոյուղատարերը չի փորձում մաքրել, ինչի պատճառով կոյուղաջրերը լցվում են բնակիչների տներ՝ հասնելով անգամ նկուղներ ու հողամասեր։ Այս մասին հայտնում է shamshyan.com-ը:
Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 25-ին, ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանի հետ զրույցում բնակիչներն ասում էին.
«Ինչքան ժամանակ է ահազանգել ենք «Վեոլիա ջուր» և տեղեկացրել էս վիճակի մասին։ Նախկինում գալիս էին, սուտ մի հատ ճկույթի հաստությամբ խողովակով իբրև թե մաքրում էին ու այդքանով իրենց գործը համարում էին ավարտված ու գնում։ Գնալուց մեկ ժամ չանցած նորից նույն հակասանիտարական պատկերն էր։ Էս վերջերս ընդհանրապես էլ չեն բարեհաճում գալ՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե դա ձեր տան տարածքն է։
Մինչդեռ մեռանք ասելով՝ մենք գիտենք, որ մեր տան տարածքն է, բայց մեր տան տարածք էդ կեղտաջրերը որ լցվում են, ձեր տիրույթում գտնվող, ձեր բալանսում գրանցված ճանապարհով անցնող դիտահորերի խցանման պատճառով է։ Եթե դուք, որ միայն գումար եք գանձում ոչ մի դրական աշխատանք չանելով, էդ ձեր տիրույթում գտնվող դիտահորերը մաքրելու մեջ որակ ապահովեք, մեր տներում երբեք էդ գարշահոտ վիճակը չի լինի։
Շան գլուխը թաղված է ձեր տակ, ստից արդարացումներ մի արեք։ Արդեն հոգնել ենք էս «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերությունից։ Արդեն էն կարծիքին ենք, որ պետությունն էլ է մեղավոր. ինչի պիտի ջուրը տար ինչ-որ կասկածելի անձանց, ովքեր տարիներ շարունակ մեր արյունն են ծծում։
Արդեն նադայել ենք եղել ձեր փնթի աշխատաոճից։ Էս հատվածով, որտեղով անցնում են կոյուղատարերը, ճանապարհ է դեպի մանկապարտեզ, դպրոց, կուլտուրայի տուն, ու պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք երեխաների վիճակը, էդ անտանելի պայմաններում, երբ դիտահորերից կեղտը թափվում է, երեխաներին չենք էլ համարձակվում մանկապարտեզ ու դպրոց տանենք։
Ուզում ենք նաև էս հարցին միջամտեն Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանն ու Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Տիգրան Գաբրիելյանը։ Հակառակ դեպքում էլ մեր նյարդերը չեն դիմանում այդ «Վեոլիա ջուր» կոչեցյալ, մեր հաշվին աշխատավարձ ստացող չինովնիկների հետ։ Հեռախոսին էլ այլևս չեն բարեհաճում պատասխանել, անգիր գիտեն, որ մեր համարներն են, չեն էլ պատասխանում»։
