Արդարադատության դեֆիցիտը մանկավարժականի դեպքերի հետ կապված․ Իրականությունն առանց դիմակի
ANALYSIS
Ինչպես բոլորս հիշում ենք, սույն թվականի ապրիլի 18-ին Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն ձերբակալեց Հայկական պետական մանկավարժական համալսարանի պրոռեկտոր Մարիամ Իսպիրյանին և նրա որդուն՝ առաջադրելով մի շարք մեղադրանքներ, որոնց թվում էին պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահումն ու պաշտոնեական կեղծիքը։ Սակայն առ այսօր վերջինիս աշխատանքային գործունեությունը կասեցված չէ։
Միևնույն ժամանակ հիշեցնենք, որ հոկտեմբերին ձերբակալվեցին բուհի ռեկտորը, պրոռեկտորը և մի շարք աշխատակիցներ, որոնք իրենց ներկայացված մեղադրանքները չընդունեցին, և գործն ուղարկվեց դատարան։ Սակայն, այդուհանդերձ, նրանց աշխատանքային գործունեությունը կասեցվեց։
Այս ամենի հետ կապված՝ մենք անցկացրել ենք լրագրողական անանուն հարցումներ մանկավարժականի ուսանողների և աշխատակիցների շրջանում։ Ստացված տեղեկությունները բավականին հետաքրքիր էին։
Ուսանողների պնդմամբ՝ իրենք գրեթե չեն ճանաչում Մարիամ Իսպիրյանին և ավելի շատ նրան տեսել են համալսարանի կայքում հրապարակված լուսանկարներից։ Վերջինս, որպես կանոն, ուսանողական կյանքին չի մասնակցում։ Ի տարբերություն ուսանողների՝ ավելի ակտիվ էին աշխատակիցները, որոնցից մեզ հաջողվեց պարզել հետևյալը։
Մարիամ Իսպիրյանը ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի կողմից նշանակված կադրերից է, որը տարիներ առաջ եղել է նախկին ռեկտոր Ռուբեն Միրզախանյանի քարտուղարուհին։ Շատերի կարծիքով՝ մինչ այսօր էլ նա շարունակում է գործել որպես Միրզախանյանի ազդեցության կրող և, ըստ էության, բուհի գործունեությունը ուղղորդում նրա ցուցումներով։ Միգուցե նա դեռ պարտավորված է զգում, քանի որ աշխատանքի է ընդունվել Միրզախանյանի կողմից՝ նրա կուսակցական գործընկերոջ խնդրանքով։ Գուցե այո, գուցե՝ ոչ. հնարավոր են նաև այլ պատճառներ։
Ինչևէ, Մարիամ Իսպիրյանը, բացի որդուց, նաև իր դստերն է տեղավորել մանկավարժական համալսարանում, սակայն վերջինիս գործունեությունը շատերի համար մնում է հարցական։
Ներկայումս Մարիամ Իսպիրյանը մտերմիկ հարաբերությունների մեջ է նաև Արման Անդրիկյանի հետ, ով, ինչպես պարզվեց, համատեղում է Ռումինիայում ՀՀ պատվո հյուպատոսի պաշտոնը ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի օգնականի պաշտոնի հետ։ Բացի այդ, նա նաև Արայիկ Հարությունյանի բարեկամն է։ Տարօրինակ է հնչում, այնպես չէ՞, բայց սա է ներկայացվող իրականությունը։
Բուհում վստահ են, որ հոկտեմբերին տեղի ունեցած դեպքերը պատահական չէին։ Ըստ շրջանառվող տեղեկությունների՝ հենց Անդրիկյանի միջոցով Ժաննա Անդրեսայանը անօրինական ցուցումներ էր փոխանցում Մարիամ Իսպիրյանին, իսկ վերջինս սահմանափակում էր հարուցված քրեական գործով անցնող աշխատակիցների մուտքը և բուհում ձևավորում վախի ու ճնշման մթնոլորտ։
Այս անգամ, երբ մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակում հայտնվեց հենց ինքը, նրա առջև դռներ փակող չկային, և նա շարունակեց հաճախել աշխատանքի՝ կարծես ոչինչ չի եղել։
Մարիամ Իսպիրյանը շարունակում է պահպանել մտերիմ կապեր տարբեր քաղաքական շրջանակների հետ, և դժվար է կանխատեսել, թե ինչ զարգացումներ կլինեն ընտրություններից հետո։
