Հեղուկ գազի դեֆիցիտ․ ինչ է սպասվում հայ վարորդներին

Հայաստանում հեղուկ գազի շուկայում ստեղծված լարված իրավիճակը հերթական անգամ բացահայտում է ոլորտի խոցելիությունն ու պետական կառավարման արդյունավետության շուրջ կուտակված հարցերը։ Վերջին օրերին լցակայաններում նկատվող հերթերը և գների աճը փաստում են, որ նույնիսկ կանխատեսելի ռիսկերի պարագայում շուկան շարունակում է մնալ անկայուն։
Չնայած տարիներ շարունակ խոսվել է էներգետիկ անվտանգության և մատակարարումների դիվերսիֆիկացման անհրաժեշտության մասին, իրականում ոլորտում համակարգային փոփոխություններ այդպես էլ չեն իրականացվել։ Արդյունքում՝ ցանկացած արտաքին խափանում կամ լոգիստիկ խնդիր անմիջապես վերածվում է ներքին ճգնաժամի։

Ստեղծված իրավիճակը առաջին հերթին հարվածում է շարքային վարորդներին, որոնց համար հեղուկ գազը շարունակում է մնալ համեմատաբար մատչելի վառելիք։ Գների աճը և հնարավոր շարունակական դեֆիցիտը կարող են բերել ոչ միայն տրանսպորտային ծախսերի ավելացման, այլև լայն տնտեսական շղթայական ազդեցությունների։
Այս ամենի ֆոնին ավելի ու ավելի ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ խնդիրը միայն կարճաժամկետ մատակարարումների խափանումը չէ, այլ տարիներով կուտակված համակարգային բացերը, որոնք ամեն ճգնաժամի ժամանակ կրկին դառնում են տեսանելի։
Եթե առաջիկայում չձեռնարկվեն հստակ և արդյունավետ քայլեր, չի բացառվում, որ հեղուկ գազի շուկայում իրավիճակը ոչ միայն չի կայունանա, այլ կվերածվի ավելի խորքային խնդրի՝ նոր գնաճային ճնշումներով և սոցիալական հետևանքներով։
