Ակբա բանկի խորհուրդը Սոնա Իշխանյանին ընտրել է Ակբա բանկի խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնում:
Սոնա Իշխանյանն ունի ավելի քան 24 տարվա մասնագիտական փորձ ներքին աուդիտի, ձեռնարկությունների ռիսկերի կառավարման և ֆինանսական ծառայությունների ոլորտներում։
Իր մասնագիտական գործունեության ընթացքում 18 տարի աշխատել է ներքին աուդիտի և ռիսկերի կառավարման ոլորտում, որից 4 տարի Deloitte & Touché LLP (Սան Ֆրանցիսկո, ԱՄՆ) ընկերությունում։ 13 տարի աշխատել է որպես աուդիտի հանձնաժողովների նախագահ և անդամ Ուկրաինայի, Վրաստանի, Հայաստանի և Մոլդովայի ՊրոԿրեդիտ բանկերում։ 2025 թվականի մայիսից Սոնա Իշխանյանն Ակբա բանկի խորհրդի անդամ է, եղել է բանկի Աուդիտի հանձնաժողովի նախագահը։
Մասնագիտական փորձառությունը ներառում է միջազգային ֆինանսական վերահսկողության և կորպորատիվ կառավարման ստանդարտների (SOX) համապատասխանեցումը, ներքին աուդիտի մեթոդաբանության մշակումը, ֆինանսական հաշվետվողականությունը, բիզնես գործընթացների գնահատումը և միջգործառնական միջազգային կառավարումը։
Սոնա Իշխանյանն ԱՄՆ Նեբրասկայի համալսարանում մագիստրոսի կոչում է ստացել բիզնեսի կառավարման ոլորտում, Երևանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի շրջանավարտ է։
Ակբա բանկը շարունակելու է իր գործունեությունը հաստատված ռազմավարական առաջնահերթություններով՝ միտված բանկի անընդհատ զարգացմանը։
Բանկի խորհուրդը շնորհակալություն է հայտնում խորհրդի նախկին նախագահ Ռաֆայել Սարգսյանին՝ բանկի կառավարման և զարգացման գործում ունեցած ներդրման համար։
Ակբա բանկը Հայաստանի բանկային համակարգի առաջատարներից է, երկրի գյուղոլորտի ֆինանսավորման բացարձակ առաջատարը: 2021 թվականին իրականացված բաժնետոմսերի առաջնային հրապարակային տեղաբաշխումից (IPO) հետո Ակբա բանկն ունի շուրջ 5000 բաժնետեր: Թվային նորագույն լուծումների ներդրման, ինչպես նաև նոր տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառման շնորհիվ բանկն անդադար զարգացնում է տրամադրվող ֆինանսական ծառայությունների քանակն ու որակը: Ակբան ներկայացված է Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերում, ունի 66 մասնաճյուղ, համարվում է երկրի և ֆինանսական համակարգի խոշոր գործատուներից մեկը:
