Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը մտադիր է մոտ ապագայում Իրանի հետ քննարկել Հորմուզի նեղուցում նավագնացության վերականգնման հարցը: Նա այս մասին լրագրողներին հայտարարել է Անդորրա ժամանելուն պես։
«Այս այցից անմիջապես հետո ես կվերսկսեմ բանակցությունները Իրանի իշխանությունների հետ», – ասել է նա։ Մակրոնը նաև ասել է, որ արդեն խոսել է ԱՄՆ նախագահի հետ և ընդգծել նեղուցով նավթ, գազ, պարարտանյութեր և այլ ապրանքներ տեղափոխող նավերի տեղաշարժի վերսկսման կարևորությունը, քանի որ ստեղծված իրավիճակը «ազդում է համաշխարհային տնտեսության վրա»։ Նա նաև հույս է հայտնել, որ կկարողանա «համոզել շահագրգիռ կողմերին» Ֆրանսիայի և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կողմից ստեղծված կոալիցիայի անհրաժեշտության մեջ՝ նեղուցով նավագնացության անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար։
«Այսօր մենք տեսնում ենք, որ ո՛չ շարունակվող լարվածությունը, ո՛չ էլ հեռվից տրված պատասխանները լավ նշան չեն։ Այն փաստը, որ հրադադար է կնքվել, լավ է, և այն այժմ ներառում է նաև Լիբանանը։ Հիմա մենք պետք է առաջընթաց գրանցենք բանակցություններում՝ (Հորմուզի նեղուցում նավերի համար) նորմալ երթևեկությունը վերականգնելու համար», – ասել է նա։
