«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունում հերթական սկանդալային պատմությունն է հասունանում։ Հայտնի հաղորդավարուհի Լուսինե Թովմասյանը հայտարարել է, որ դադարեցնում է համագործակցությունը Հ1-ի հետ՝ փաստացի հաստատելով, որ հեռացվել է աշխատանքից։

Թովմասյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում բաց տեքստով գրել է, որ հեռուստաընկերության ղեկավարության որոշմամբ իրեն փոխարինել են մեկ այլ հաղորդավարով՝ այն դեպքում, երբ տվյալ հաղորդման առաջին թողարկումն արդեն իսկ նկարահանված էր։ Սակայն ամենաուշագրավը պատճառաբանությունն է, որը հնչեցրել է հենց հաղորդավարուհին։

Նրա խոսքով, խնդիրը կապված է եղել Հայաստանի պետական սիմֆոնիկ նվագախմբի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար և գլխավոր դիրիժոր Սերգեյ Սմբատյանի, ինչպես նաև աշխարհահռչակ դաշնակահար Լանգ Լանգի հետ անցկացրած հարցազրույցների հետ։

Առաջին հայացքից սա կարող էր թվալ սովորական խմբագրական որոշում, սակայն համատեքստը լրիվ այլ պատկեր է բացում։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Լանգ Լանգը Հայաստան էր ժամանել ապրիլի 14-ին՝ մասնակցելու պետական սիմֆոնիկ նվագախմբի 20-ամյակին նվիրված գալա համերգին, որը կազմակերպվել էր պետական միջոցներով։ Ըստ պաշտոնական տվյալների՝ այդ միջոցառման համար պետական բյուջեից հատկացվել էր շուրջ 106 միլիոն դրամ։

Այդ ժամանակ ևս հանրային դաշտում բարձրաձայնվում էին հարցեր՝ ինչու է ընտրվել հենց այս արտիստը, որքան է կազմել նրա հոնորարը և արդյոք արդարացված էին նման ծախսերը սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրների ֆոնին։

Ստացվում է բավական հակասական պատկեր․ նույն այդ միջոցառումը նկարահանվում է հենց Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության պատվերով, սակայն նույն կառույցը, ըստ էության, «պատժում» է այն հաղորդավարին, ով համարձակվել է առնչվել թեմային՝ հարցազրույցների միջոցով։

Այս իրավիճակը նորից օրակարգ է բերում հանրային հեռարձակողի անկախության հարցը։ Արդյոք Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությունը շարունակում է գործել որպես հանրային շահ ներկայացնող հարթակ, թե՞ վերածվել է քաղաքական և վարչական վերահսկողության գործիքի։

Լուսինե Թովմասյանը, իր հերթին, հայտարարել է, որ չի պատրաստվում դառնալ «գործիք» որևէ մեկի ձեռքում՝ ակնարկելով ներքին ճնշումների և հնարավոր անձնական շահերի մասին։ Սակայն թե կոնկրետ ում են ուղղված այդ մեղադրանքները, նա չի մանրամասնել։

Մի բան ակնհայտ է․ այս պատմությունը դուրս է զուտ աշխատանքային հարաբերությունների շրջանակից և դառնում է խոսքի ազատության, մեդիայի անկախության և պետական կառույցների թափանցիկության մասին հերթական ազդակային դեպքը։
