Վերջերս Հայաստանը բախվել է զեղծարարների հոգեբանական ամենածանր սխեմաներից մեկի վերադարձի հետ։ Թեև այն ունի երկար տարիների պատմություն, «հարազատի վտանգի մեջ լինելու» լեգենդը մեր հանրապետությունում նոր ակտիվության գագաթնակետի է հասել՝ շահագործելով ամենազգայունը՝ սերը մտերիմների հանդեպ և նրանց կորստի վախը։

Խաբեության մեխանիզմը․ սցենար, որը խաղում է զոհի զգացմունքների հետ

Զեղծարարներն օգտագործում են Ձեր շոկային վիճակը։ Զանգը կարող է ստացվել թե՛ ֆիքսված, թե՛ բջջային հեռախոսին։ Զրուցակիցը ներկայանում է որպես բժիշկ, քննիչ կամ ոստիկանության աշխատակից և հայտնում է դժբախտ լուրը․ ձեր մտերիմ անձը ծանր ավտոտրանսպորտային պատահարի մասնակից է դարձել, այժմ գտնվում է վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում կամ ձերբակալված է լուրջ իրավախախտման համար։

Ավելի իրական թվալու համար զեղծարարները հաճախ կրկնօրինակում են այդ հարազատի ձայնը՝ կողքից լսվում է լաց, խանգարող ազդանշաններ կամ դժվարությամբ հասկացվող օգնության կոչեր։ Դրանից հետո «պաշտոնական անձը» առաջարկում է լուծում․ օրինակ, շտապ մեծ կանխիկ գումար փոխանցել առաքիչին, կամ «գործի փակման համար» փոխանցում կատարել կամ էլ շտապ վիրահատման համար կատարել վճարում։ Այստեղ գլխավոր գործիքը ձեզ շտապեցնելն է։ Զոհին չեն թողնում անջատել զանգը՝ ստիպելով գործել պահի ազդեցության տակ։ 

Այս սխեման հատկապես վտանգավոր է տարեցների դեպքում։ Զեղծարարները արթնացնում են մեղքի զգացում՝ ստուգելու և մտածելու ժամանակ չտալով։

Իրավաբանական ծուղակ

Այս մեթոդի խորամանկությունը կայանում է գումարի փոխանցման տարբերակների մեջ։ Երբ գումարը կանխիկ փոխանցվում է առաքիչին կամ  ուղարկվում է անհայտ քարտի կամ էլ էլեկտրոնային դրամապանակի, հետվերադարձի իրավական մեխանիզմները գրեթե չեն մնում։ Բանկը չի կարող չեղարկել այն գործընթացը, որը կատարվել է հաշվի սեփականատիրոջ կողմից՝ հույզերի ազդեցության տակ, իսկ այս շղթայում ներգրավված «առաքիչները» հաճախ պարզապես անհետանում են առանց հետքերի։

  • Ոչ մի գումար առաքիչներին։ Պետական մարմինների կամ հիվանդանոցների իրական աշխատակիցները երբեք չեն ուղարկի մարդկանց գումարի հետևից։ Սա օրենքի ուղղակի խախտում է և զեղծարարության ազդանշան։
  • Ստուգեք լեգենդը։ Տվեք ճշգրտող հարց, որին կողմնակի անձիք չեն կարող պատասխանել։ Զեղծարարը միանգամից կդադարեցնի խոսակցությունը։
  • Զանգեք ոստիկանություն։ Անգամ, եթե ժամանակին հասկացել եք, որ ձեզ խաբում են, անպայման տեղեկացրեք ոստիկանությանը։ Ձեր հայցը կօգնի բլոկավորել զեղծարարների հեռախոսահամարները և պաշտպանել նրանց, ովքեր կլինեն ոչ այնքան ուշադիր։

Հիշեք․ այս սխեման հիմնված է հանկարծակիության և վստահության չարաշահման վրա։ Ձեր գումարները կլինեն անվտանգ այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ դուք ինքներդ չեք առաջարկել դրանք զեղծարարներին՝ հույզերի ազդեցության տակ։
