Տևական ժամանակ է Երևանի Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի Ջրվեժ թաղամասի բնակելի շենքերում բնակվող հազարավոր բնակիչներ, ինչպես նաև շենքերին հարակից ռեստորանային ու հյուրանոցային համալիրների, սգո սրահների աշխատակիցներ, դեղատների, մանր բիզնեսով զբաղվող ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչներ չեն կարողանում հասկանալ, թե ինչու է Կոտայքի մարզում տեղադրված դիտահորից կեղտաջուրը դուրս գալիս, մի քանի կիլոմետր հոսելով հասնում Ջրվեժ թաղամաս՝ իրենց շենքերի բակեր, խաղահրապարակներ և այլն։

Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 29-ին, ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանի հետ զրույցում բնակիչներն ասում էին. «Երկար տարիներ է էս կոյուղաջրերի պատճառով ամբողջ Ջրվեժում տիրում է գարշահոտ ու հակասանիտարական վիճակ։ Քանի տարի է դիմում ենք Նոր Նորքի թաղապետարան, «Վեոլիա ջուր» և ստանում ենք նույն անհեթեթ պատասխանը՝ դա մեր գործը չէ, դա Կոտայքի մարզպետարանի գործն է։ Կոտայքի մարզպետարան էլ ճիշտն ասած մի քանի անգամ զանգահարել ենք, պատասխանել են, թե Երևանի բնակիչը խի՞ է զանգում մեզ։ Նման դարակազմիկ պատասխան միայն կարող էինք ստանալ Հայաստանում։ Հիմա ո՞վ է էդ դիտահորերից դուրս թափվող կեղտաջրի դեմն առնելու, չգիտենք։ Դա պետք է հիմնովին փոխվի, որովհետև դիտահորն անցկացվել է սովետական տարիներին և չափով բավականին փոքր է, հիմա պիտի նորն անցկացվի՝ ավելի մեծ ու ավելի որակյալ, հակառակ դեպքում գարշահոտը չի նահանջի ու ամբողջ տարածքը կամաց-կամաց կվերածվի համաճարակի։

Հիմա սպասում ենք, տեսնենք՝ եթե առաջիկա օրերին խնդիրը չլուծվեց, շուտով ամառ է գալիս, էս ճանապարհն էլ զբոսաշրջիկների համար երակ է համարվում։ Կփակենք ճանապարհն ու երթևեկությունը կոլապսի կենթարկենք։ Էդ ժամանակ Կոտայքի մարզպետ, Երևանի քաղաքապետ, «Վեոլիա ջուր», հետո ձեռքներդ գլուխներիդ չտաք ու «Կիկոսի ողբը» չկախեք։ Մեզ համար կարևորն էս գարշահոտ ու հակասանիտարական վիճակը վերացնելն է։ Իսկ դուք դա կարող եք։ Պարզապես երևի չեք գնահատում ձեր քաղաքացու, իսկ «Վեոլիա»-ն՝ իր սպառողի արժեքը։
