Ռուսաստանը Եվրոպայի երկրների դեմ որևէ ագրեսիվ մտադրություն չունի: Այս մասին ասել է ՌԴ Անվտանգության խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևը՝ ելույթ ունենալով «Գիտելիք. Առաջինները» կրթական մարաթոնի ժամանակ, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Ինչ վերաբերում է Եվրոպային, մենք որևէ ագրեսիվ մտադրություն չունենք։ Սակայն, այդուհանդերձ, այդ թափանիվը պտտվում է, արտադրվում է հսկայական քանակությամբ զենք, և Եվրոպայի գրեթե բոլոր առաջնորդները, այդ թվում՝ խոշորագույն երկրների, ասում են, թե՝ «մենք հասկանում ենք, որ պետք է պատրաստ լինենք հետ մղելու ագրեսիան, պատերազմն անխուսափելի է»։ Դուք հասկանում եք, թե ուր է տանում այդ ճանապարհը, որքան էլ տխուր հնչի»,- հայտարարել է նա:

Մեդվեդևը շեշտել է, որ եթե ամեն օր ասվի, թե պատերազմն անխուսափելի է, ապա այն կսկսվի։

«Առիթներն ու պատճառները կարող են բազմաթիվ լինել։ Ուստի այսօրվա քաղաքական գործիչների խնդիրն է, այնուամենայնիվ, ինչպես ժողովրդական լեզվով ասում են՝ սառչել, հանդարտվել և փորձել դուրս գալ կառուցողական խոսակցության»,- ասել է նա։

Անվտանգության խորհրդի փոխնախագահի խոսքով՝ Եվրոպայում ոմանք դա հասկանում են, իսկ ամերիկացիները դա շատ ավելի լավ են լսում հենց այն պատճառով, որ ամերիկացիներն ավելի պրագմատիկ են, քան եվրոպացիները։

«Իսկ Եվրոպան, ահա, այնպիսին է, ինչպիսին կա այսօր։ Ցավոք, ներկայիս իրավիճակը ես չեմ կարող համեմատել որևէ այլ բանի հետ, բացի Առաջին համաշխարհային պատերազմի նախաշեմի՝ 1914 թվականի, և Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի նախօրեի՝ 1939 թվականի հետ»,- փաստել է քաղաքական գործիչը։
