Էլեկտրիկնե՛ր զգույշ եղեք «տոկով չընկնեք»
Էլեկտրիկները, կարծես, անձեռնմխելի կաստայի են վերածվում մեր իրականության մեջ:
Հոսանքի գնի թանկացմանը հաջորդած կառավարության կողմից սուբսիդավորումը մեղմեց հանրության շրջանում հոսանքի գնի վերաբերյալ բողոքն ու դժգոհությունները, սակայն մի նոր դժգոհախառն երևույթ է զարգանում, որը կրկին կապված է հոսանքի համար կատարած վճարումների հետ:
Ի՞նչ է պարզվում, ՀԷՑ-ի սպասարկման ոլորտում էլեկտրիկ հաստիքը զբաղեցնող անձինք տարբեր մեքենայությունների են դիմում, մասնավորապես ըստ լրատվամիջոցների հրապարակումների ու ռեպորտաժների, քաղաքացիների հաշվին մաքրում են իրենց վրայից հոսանքի կորուստները՝ առաջացնելով բնակիչների դժգոհությունները: Իսկ այդ դժգոհությունը բնակիչը ոչ թե ուղղում է կոնկրետ մեքենայությունը կատարողի, այլ ավելի բարձր օղակների ուղղությամբ, ընդհուպ մինչև իշխանություններ: Այսինքն, ստացվում է, որ ոմն էլեկտրիկ Ռոմիկ (անունը պայմանական է ընտրված) մեկին հոսանք է «գրեֆ» անում, մյուսին էժանով է ծախում, իսկ այդ, այսպես ասած, վատնումը կամ ունեցած կորուստները մաքրում է՝ հանելով մյուսի հաշվիչի միջից՝ «խիմիչիտ» անելով դրանք տարբեր լաբորատոր միջամտություններով, ու այդ մեքենայությամբ առիթ է տալիս, որ բնակիչը իր հայոհոյախառն դժգոհությունն արտահայտի ոչ թե իր, այլ ավելի բարձր օղակի նկատմամբ: Արդյունքում օգտվում է էլեկտրիկը, տուժում է բնակիչը, հայհոյանքը ստանում է իշխանավորը:
Այլ կերպ ասած Էլեկտրիկ ինստիտուտը մակաբույծի ֆունկցիա է կատարում, իսկ ի՞նչ են անում մակաբույծների հետ: Ճիշտ է: ազատվում են նրանցից:
