Սեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին 

ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Լոռու մարզային կենտրոնի տեսուչների կողմից անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Նորիկ Բերնեցյանին պատկանող (Լոռու մարզ, ք․ Վանաձոր, Կ․ Դեմիրճյան 25/2) հանրային սննդի օբյեկտում իրականացված ստուգման ընթացքում արձանագրվել են սանիտարահիգիենիկ նորմերի խախտումներ, մասնավորապես՝

- սննդի կառույցի պատերի որոշ հատվածներ չեն ունեցել հարթ մակերես, չեն պահվել նորոգ վիճակում, պատրաստված չեն եղել անջրանցիկ, լվացվող նյութերից,

- ձեռքերի և հումքի լվացման լվացարանները տեղակայված չեն եղել առանձին և իրարից հնարավորինս հեռավորության վրա,

- սահմանված չի եղել և չի իրականացվել սննդամթերքի պատրաստման գործընթացում օգտագործվող տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների և գույքի մաքրման, լվացման, ախտահանման աշխատանքների, ինչպես նաև միջատազերծման և կրծողների ոչնչացման գործընթացների պարբերականությունը,

- սարքավորումները` մասնավորապես խոհանոցի գազօջախը և սառնարանը, չեն պահվել բարվոք վիճակում,

- սննդամթերքի հետ անմիջական շփում ունեցող աշխատակիցները, ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով, չեն ենթարկվել պարտադիր նախնական և պարբերական բժշկական զննությունների։

Տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի որոշմամբ՝ հանրային սննդի օբյեկտի արտադրական գործունեությունը կասեցվել է, ամրագրվել է վերջնաժամկետ հայտնաբերված խախտումները վերացնելու համար։
