Ծեծի հետևանքով մահացած 1–ամյա երեխայի կենսաբանական մորը մեղադրանք չի առաջադրվել

Երևանում 1 տարեկան 2 ամսական Ալեքսի մահվանից ավելի քան մեկ ամիս անց կալանքի տակ է միայն կինը, որը մեղադրվում է փոքրիկի նկատմամբ պարբերաբար բռնություն կիրառելու և սպանության մեջ։ Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված երկու քրեական վարույթները՝ նախաձեռնված սպանության և երեխայի դաստիարակության կամ խնամքի պարտականությունները չկատարելու կամ ոչ պատշաճ կատարելու դեպքով`միավորվել են մեկ ընդհանուր վարույթում։ Քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am–ին հայտնեցին, որ այս պահին կալանավորված է միայն կինը, որը մեղադրվում է 1-ամյա երեխայի սպանության մեջ։
Ըստ էության, քրեական վարույթով չեն անցնում ո՛չ երեխայի կենսաբանական մայրը, որը անհասկանալի պատճառով փոքրիկին թողել էր նախկին ամուսնու և նրա կողակցի խնամքին, ո՛չ էլ նրա նախկին ամուսինը, որը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, ներկա է եղել կողակցի՝ երեխայի նկատմամբ պարբերաբար բռնության կիրառմանը։
ՔԿ–ից NEWS.am–ին հայտնեցին, որ գործը դեռևս նախաքննության փուլում է։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ծեծի ենթարկված 1, 2 տարեկան երեխան մահացել է մարտի 21-ին։
Երեխայի կենսաբանական մայրը 26–ամյա Մարիամը, ունի 4 երեխա, հղի է: Նա NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում պատմել էր, որ տղային մի քանի օրով թողել է նախկին ամուսնու մոտ, որպեսզի վարձով տուն գտնի: Դատախազության փոխանցմամբ, սակայն, երեխան այդ մարդկանց մոտ բնակվել է առնվազն երեք ամիս, տղայի նկատմամբ բռնությունը հենց նրանց վարձով բնակարանում է եղել:
Նշենք, որ Ալեքսի 4-ամյա քույրը, որը գտնվում էր տատիկի խնամքի տակ, եղբոր մահվանից հետո տեղափոխվել Է ՀՕՖ երեխաների պաշտպանության կենտրոն և մինչ այս պահը գտնվում է կենտրոնում։
