Հիմնական նշանները, որոնք վկայում են երիկամներում և միզուղիներում քարերի առկայության մասին, թվարկել է «Moslente»-ն՝ ներկայացնելով բժշկական լաբորատորիաների դաշնային ցանցի բժշկական բաժնի ղեկավար Օլգա Մալինովսկայայի տեսակետը: Հիմնական ախտանշաններն են երիկամային կոլիկի պարբերական նոպաները, մեջքի ստորին հատվածում ուժեղ ցավերը։

«Երիկամների քարերը տարբեր չափերի աղերի խիտ կուտակումներ են (կոնգլոմերատներ)՝ փոքրից մինչև բավականին մեծ: Ամենից հաճախ դրանք բաղկացած են կալցիումի օքսալատից։ Փոքր քարերը կարող են հեռանալ մարմնից՝ առանց որևէ անհանգստություն պատճառելու, ավելի մեծ քարերի տեղաշարժն ուղեկցվում է լուրջ ցավով»,- պարզաբանել է մասնագետը՝ նշելով, որ որոշ դեպքերում քարը կարող է նույնիսկ փակել միզածորանը՝ խաթարելով բնականոն միզարձակումը։

Միաժամանակ կան նաև այլ նշաններ, որոնց անսպասելի ի հայտ գալը պետք է պատճառ հանդիսանալ դիմելու ուրոլոգի կամ թերապևտի։ Դրանցից են մեզի գույնի փոփոխությունը՝ արյան ներթափանցման պատճառով (հեմատուրիա), ջերմություն, սրտխառնոց կամ փսխում, հաճախակի միզում, զուգարան գնալուց հետո ցավը և թեթևացումը:

Այս ախտանիշների առկայության դեպքում պետք է հետազոտություն անցկացվի։ Բժիշկը կառաջարկի արյան կլինիկական և կենսաքիմիական անալիզ հանձնել, ինչպես նաև ընդհանուր մեզի թեստ։ Բացի դրանից, նշանակվում է երիկամների ուլտրաձայնային հետազոտություն, ինչպես նաև պիելոգրաֆիա և ուրոգրաֆիա:

Քարերի առաջացման վրա ազդում են մի շարք գործոններ՝ սննդակարգ, ժառանգականություն և ապրելակերպ: Հաճախ մարդը չի կասկածում, որ երիկամների հետ ինչ-որ բան այն չէ, պարզվում է միայն այն բանից հետո, երբ քարերը սկսում են շարժվել։ Տղամարդիկ միզաքարային հիվանդություն են ունենում ավելի հաճախ, քան կանայք:

Բուժման մարտավարությունը կարող է տարբեր լինել. որոշ դեպքերում անհրաժեշտ է միայն դիետա պահել, որոշ դեպքերում կարող են նշանակվել քարերը ոչնչացնող դեղամիջոցներ: Բացի դրանից, ցնցող ալիքային թերապիայի միջոցով կարելի է մանրացնել խոշոր կոնգլոմերատները, իսկ հատկապես դժվարին դեպքերում քարերը հանվում են վիրահատական ճանապարհով, պարզաբանել է մասնագետը։
