Նարեկ Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Օրերս Բրյուսելում մեկնարկել է ՀՀ-ԵՄ նոր շրջանակային համաձայնագրի առևտրի և ներդրումների հարցերի բանակցությունների առաջին փուլը, որը իրականացվում է ՀՀ-ի և ԵՄ-ի միջև նոր իրավական հիմք ձևավորելու գործընթացի շրջանակներում: Եվրոպական պատվիրակությունը ղեկավարում էր Եվրոպական Հանձնաժողովի Առևտրի գլխավոր տնօրինության Ռուսաստանի, ԱՊՀ, Ուկրաինայի, Արևմտյան Բալկանների, ԵԱԱԱ (EFTA), ԵՏԳ (EEA) և Թուրքիայի հարցերով բաժանմունքի ղեկավար Պետրոս Սուրմելիսը:
Վերոհիշյալ բանակցություններն ընթանում էին մասնավորապես ապրանքների և ծառայությունների առևտրի, առևտրի պաշտպանական միջոցների, առևտրի տեխնիկական խոչընդոտների, սանիտարական և բուսասանիտարական միջոցների, մտավոր սեփականության իրավունքների պաշտպանության, մրցակցության, պետական գնումների, կայուն զարգացման, թափանցիկության, ընթացիկ վճարների և կապիտալի տեղաշարժի, ներդրումային համագործակցության և դրանց պաշտպանության, վեճերի կարգավորման և այլն:
Կարելի է փաստել, որ, բանակցությունների առաջին փուլը բավական տարողունակ և ընդգրկուն է: Հարկ է նշել նաև, որ բանակցությունների լիագումար նիստերից բացի նախատեսվում են բանակցային ենթախմբերի 12-ից ավելի հանդիպումներ, որոնց ընթացքում պետք է քննարկվեն համապատասխան ուղղությունների տեքստերի նախագծերը:
