ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի համբերության բաժակը լցվել էր Իրանի հարցում ստեղծված «ոչ գործարք, ոչ պատերազմ» սկզբունքով փակուղային իրավիճակից, գրում է Axios-ը:
Ինչպես հայտնում է պարբերականը, գործողությունը, որը նա հրամայել է իրականացնել այդ դինամիկան փոխելու համար, ի վերջո կարող է կրկին պատերազմի հանգեցնել:
«Նախագահը գործողություններ է ուզում: Նա չի ցանկանում ձեռքերը ծալած նստել: Նա ճնշում է ուզում: Նա ցանկանում է գործարք կնքել»,- Axios-ին ասել է ամերիկացի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան:
Ինտրիգն այն է, որ հինգշաբթի երեկոյան Թրամփին Հորմուզի նեղուցով ռազմածովային նավեր ուղարկելու ծրագիր է ներկայացվել՝ այն ուժով բացելու համար: Վերջին պահին նա նախընտրել է ավելի զգուշավոր մոտեցում, համենայն դեպս՝ սկզբնական փուլում:
Երկուշաբթի օրվանից սկսած՝ ԱՄՆ ռազմածովային ուժերը կօգնեն ԱՄՆ դրոշի ներքո գտնվող և այլ առևտրային նավերին անցնել նեղուցը՝ խորհրդատվություն տալով նրանց, թե ինչպես խուսափել ականներից և պատրաստ լինելով միջամտել, եթե Իրանը հարձակվի նրանց վրա: ԱՄՆ պաշտոնյաները հայտարարում են, որ ներկայում լիամասշտաբ ռազմածովային ուղեկցման ծրագիր չկա: Փոխարենը, ռազմածովային նավերը կգտնվեն «մոտակայքում» և պատրաստի վիճակում՝ ԱՄՆ ռազմական ավիացիայի հետ միասին: «Ազատություն» նախագծին ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմական աջակցությունը կներառի կառավարվող հրթիռներով ականակիրներ, անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր, ցամաքային և ծովային բազավորման ավելի քան 100 ինքնաթիռ և 15 հազար զինծառայող, հայտնում է ԱՄՆ Կենտրոնական հրամանատարությունը (CENTCOM): Ամերիկացի պաշտոնյան հայտարարել է, որ տարածաշրջանում ԱՄՆ զինված ուժերի համար մարտական գործողությունների կանոնները փոփոխվել են, և նրանց թույլատրվել է անմիջական հարվածներ հասցնել նեղուցը հատող նավերին, մասնավորապես՝ ԻՀՊԿ-ի արագընթաց մոտորանավակներին կամ իրանական հրթիռային դիրքերին:
ԱՄՆ նախագահին մոտ կանգնած աղբյուրը դա նկարագրել է որպես «մի գործընթացի սկիզբ, որը կարող է իրանցիների հետ բախման հանգեցնել»:
«Նեղուցում արգելափակված նավերն ազատելու «մարդասիրական» առաքելությունը նշանակում է, որ եթե իրանցիները որևէ քայլ ձեռնարկեն, նրանք կհայտնվեն «վատ տղաների» դերում, իսկ մենք գործելու օրինական իրավունք կունենանք»,- պնդել է աղբյուրը:
ԱՄՆ Կենտրոնական հրամանատարության հրամանատար, ծովակալ Բրեդ Քուպերը հինգշաբթի Թրամփին նեղուցով ռազմական նավեր ուղարկելու վերաբերյալ ավելի հավակնոտ ծրագիր էր ներկայացրել:
Այդ ծրագրին ծանոթ ամերիկացի պաշտոնյան հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը կոչնչացներ ցանկացած հրթիռ կամ արագընթաց մոտորանավակ, որոնք իրանցիները կգործարկեին ի պատասխան, և կվերսկսեր պատերազմը ամբողջ ուժով, եթե Իրանը գնար սրացման՝ հարձակվելով Պարսից ծոցի երկրների վրա:
Ներկայիս տարբերակը պարունակում է անմիջական սրացման ավելի փոքր ռիսկ, սակայն կարող է նաև իրավիճակը մեծամասամբ թողնել փակուղու մեջ:
