Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանը ընդդիմադիրներին խորհուրդ է տալիս հրաժարվել «ամեն ինչ կամ ոչինչ» սկզբունքից

Ազգային ժողովի «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանն ընդդիմադիրներին կոչ է անում ակտիվ մասնակցել նոր ընտրական օրենսգրքի քննարկումներին: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Հակոբյանը, անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե 2017թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդդիմությունը կունենա՞ավելի լայն ներկայացվածություն, նշեց, որ դա կախված կլինի նրանից, թե ընդդիմությունն ինչպիսի մասնակցություն կունենա ընտրական օրենսգրքի քննարկումներին: «Ես կարծում եմ, որ այդ հարցը մենք պետք է կապենք նոր ընտրական օրենսգրքի հետ: Շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի ընդդիմադիրներն ակտիվ մասնակցություն ունենան ընտրական օրենսգրքի քննարկումներին: Իմ կարծիքով, հենց դրանից կախված կլինի ընդդիմության դերը հաջորդ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո»,- նշեց Հակոբյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ընդդիմությունը պետք է հրաժարվի «ամեն ինչ կամ ոչինչ» սկզբունքից: «Ընդդիմությունը պետք է գնա կառուցողական մոտեցումներ որդեգրելու ճանապարհով: «Ամեն ինչ կամ ոչինչ» սկզբունքը ոչինչ չի կարող տալ ընդդիմությանը: Հարկավոր է հրաժարվել այդ մոտեցումից, ինչը կարող է նպաստել ընդդիմության դերի բարձրացմանը՝ հատկապես 2017թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո: Դրա համար պետք է նախ ակտիվ մասնակցել ընտրական օրենսգրքի քննարկումներին, ներդնել մեխանիզմներ, որոնք հետագայում կնպաստեն ընդդիմության դերի բարձրացմանը»,- եզրափակեց պատգամավորը:
2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Հայաստանում անցկացվեց սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվե: Ընդունված նոր Սահմանադրությունը փոփոխություններ է ենթադրում նաև Ընտրական օրենսգրքում: Նոր Սահմանադրությամբ 2017թ. ԱԺ ընտրություններից հետո Հայաստանն անցում կկատարի կառավարման խորհրդարանական մոդելին, խորհրդարանը կձևավորվի միայն համամասնական ընտրակարգով:
