Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի պետական այցի շրջանակում կազմակերպված պետական ընթրիքի ընթացքում ունեցած բաժակաճառի ժամանակ ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանի ներկայիս զարգացման փուլում Մակրոնի դերակատարությունը եղել է շրջադարձային։

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ վարչապետը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի հարաբերությունները գտնվում են բարձր մակարդակի վրա, ինչը նախատեսվում է ամրագրել ռազմավարական գործընկերության փաստաթղթի ընդունմամբ՝ որպես Մակրոնի պետական այցի կարևոր արդյունք։

«Այսօր մեզ համար շատ կարևոր և մեծ իրադարձություն է տեղի ունենում, և մենք գործ ունենք մի իրավիճակի հետ, երբ մեր երկրի ավանդական և հավատարիմ բարեկամ երկրի նախագահը՝ նաև իմ անձնական բարեկամը, գտնվում է Հայաստանում։ Այս իրադարձությունը ունի կրկնակի նշանակություն»,– ասել է Փաշինյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը ներկայում անցում է կատարել գոյատևման օրակարգից դեպի զարգացման օրակարգ՝ ձևավորելով իրական Հայաստանի գաղափարախոսության վրա հիմնված նոր ռազմավարություն։

Վարչապետը շեշտել է, որ այդ նոր իրականության և տարածաշրջանային ռազմավարության ձևավորման առանցքային հանգրվանը եղել է 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Պրահայում տեղի ունեցած քառակողմ հանդիպումը, որտեղ, նրա բնորոշմամբ, Էմանուել Մակրոնը հանդես է եկել բացառիկ վճռականությամբ և սկզբունքայնությամբ։

«Այն, ինչ ես այդ օրը տեսել եմ՝ այդպիսի համոզմունք, նվիրվածություն, սկզբունքայնություն և վճռականություն, ես չեմ կարդացել ոչ մի գրքում»,– նշել է Փաշինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այդ հանդիպման ընթացքում ձևավորված մոտեցումները դարձել են Հայաստանի ներկայիս իրականության հիմքերից մեկը։

Փաշինյանի գնահատմամբ՝ այդ գործընթացները նպաստել են Հայաստանի խաղաղության, անվտանգության և զարգացման հեռանկարների ձևավորմանը։

Վարչապետը նաև ընդգծել է, որ Մակրոնի աջակցությունը Հայաստանին եղել է ոչ միայն ինստիտուցիոնալ, այլև անձնական մակարդակում՝ ընդգրկելով անվտանգությունը, ինքնիշխանությունն ու պետականության ամրապնդումը։

«Երբ թվում էր, թե Հայաստանը չունի հույս և հենարան, մենք զգացինք և շոշափեցինք նախագահ Մակրոնի ձեռքը»,– ասել է նա՝ նշելով, որ այդ աջակցությունը արտահայտվել է կոնկրետ քայլերով և որոշումներով։

Փաշինյանը հավելել է, որ իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում չի հիշում դեպք, երբ Հայաստանի պետական շահերին վերաբերող հարցերում Մակրոնի արձագանքը չլինի արագ, կոնկրետ և գործնական։

Վարչապետը նշել է նաև, որ Հայաստանի կողմից Ֆրանսիայի նախագահին շնորհված բարձրագույն պարգևը իրականում գնահատանքի արտահայտություն է այն շրջադարձային ծառայության համար, որը Մակրոնը մատուցել է Հայաստանին։

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մեծարգո նախագահ, հարգելի ներկաներ, ես առաջարկում եմ, որ մենք բաժակ բարձրացնենք Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության նախագահ, Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական գործիչ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և հայ ժողովրդի մեծ բարեկամ, եղբայր և հարազատ Էմանուել Մակրոնի համար»,– ասել է Փաշինյանը։
