Արցախի հարցը փակված չէ և չի կարող հանվել միջազգային օրակարգից, քանի դեռ արցախցիները չեն վերադարձել իրենց բնօրրան: Այս մասին գրված է Արցախի ժողովրդի իրավունքների պաշտպանության հանձնախմբի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Ապրիլի 29-ից մայիսի 1-ը Արցախի ժողովրդի հիմնարար իրավունքների պաշտպանության հանձնախումբը՝ Արցախի ԱԺ նախագահ Աշոտ Դանիելյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակության հետ համատեղ, աշխատանքային այցով գտնվում էր Շվեյցարիայում։ Պատկան միջազգային մարդասիրական կառույցների հետ հանդիպումների առանցքում արցախահայության հավաքական վերադարձի իրավունքի ապահովումն ու տարածաշրջանային հումանիտար ճգնաժամի հաղթահարումն էին։ Մասնավորապես, քննարկվել են Ադրբեջանում ապօրինաբար պահվող հայ ռազմագերիների և պատանդների անհապաղ ազատ արձակման, անհետ կորածների ճակատագրերի պարզաբանման, ինչպես նաև Արցախի հոգևոր-մշակութային ժառանգության շարունակական ոչնչացումն ու վանդալիզմը կանխելու հրատապ հարցերը։

Ապրիլի 30-ին Շվեյցարիայի դաշնային խորհրդարանում կայացել է Արցախին նվիրված միջոցառում՝ շվեյցարացի խորհրդարանականների, փորձագետների, հայկական համայնքի և «Քրիստոնեական միջազգային համերաշխություն» (CSI) կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ։ Բացման խոսքով հանդես են եկել «Շվեյցարական խաղաղության նախաձեռնություն հանուն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի» հանձնախմբի համանախագահներ, պատգամավորներ Էրիխ Ֆոնտոբելը և Շտեֆան Մյուլլեր-Ալտերմատը։ Խստորեն դատապարտելով միջազգային հանրության անգործությունն արցախահայության էթնիկ զտման ժամանակ՝ պատգամավոր Ֆոնտոբելն ընդգծել է. «Շվեյցարիան ունի համապատասխան փորձագիտական ներուժ, ավանդույթներ և վստահություն՝ նման խաղաղ գործընթաց հնարավոր դարձնելու համար, և դա ստանձնելը մեր պարտքն է»։

Հայկական կողմից ելույթներ են ունեցել Արցախի ԱԺ նախագահ Աշոտ Դանիելյանը, մշակույթի նախկին նախարար Լեռնիկ Հովհաննիսյանը, ինչպես նաև Հանձնախմբի անդամներ Արմինե Ալեքսանյանը, Գառնիկ Քերքոնյանը և Մարիո Նալբանդյանը։ Պատվիրակության անդամները ներկաներին են փոխանցել արցախահայության ներկայիս կացությունը՝ շեշտելով հայրենիք հավաքական և արժանապատիվ վերադարձի կենսական կարևորությունը։

Ամփոփելով այցը՝ հայկական պատվիրակությունը վերահաստատել է միասնական դիրքորոշումը. Արցախի հարցը փակված չէ և չի կարող հանվել միջազգային օրակարգից, քանի դեռ արցախցիները չեն վերադարձել իրենց բնօրրան, իսկ հակամարտությունը չի ստացել արդարացի՝ միջազգային իրավունքի վրա հիմնված լուծում:
