Երվանդ Զախարյանը Moodys-ի պատվիրակներին է ներկայացրել էներգետիկ համակարգի զարգացման հեռանկարները

 ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանը փետրվարի 17-ին հյուրընկալել է Moodys միջազգային վարկանշային կազմակերպության պատվիրակությանը, որի կազմում հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են կազմակերպության ռիսկերի գնահատման ստորաբաժանման կառավարող տնօրեն Դիտմար Հորնունգը, փոխնախագահի օգնական, վերլուծաբան Սեբաստիան Բեքերը, փոխնախագահի օգնական, սուվերեն ռիսկի խմբի վերլուծաբան Էռնեստ Սերգենտին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ նախարարը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի էներգետիկ համակարգի ներկա իրավիճակն ու զարգացման հեռանկարները։ Երվանդ Զախարյանը նշել է, որ իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում էներգետիկ համակարգը ներկայումս գտնվում է ֆինանսական կայուն վիճակում։ Դրան նպաստել են նաև «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության սեփականատիրոջ փոփոխությունն ու վերջինիս կողմ ից իրականացված միջոցառումները։ Արդյունքում նվազել են էլեկտրաէներգիայի կորուստները, որոնք մոտ են Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի կողմից հաստատված 11,2 տոկոսին։

Խոսելով ատոմային էներգետիկայի ոլորտում իրականացվող ծրագրերի մասին` նախարարը նշել է, որ աշխատանքներ են տարվում ատոմակայանի գործող էներգաբլոկի շահագործման ժամկետը մինչև 2027թ. երկարացնելու ուղղությամբ։ Այդ նպատակով Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից ներգրավվել են վարկային և դրամաշնորհային միջոցներ։ Դրան զուգահեռ Հայաստանը պատրաստվում է մինչև 2027թ. կառուցել նոր միջուկային էներգաբլոկ՝ 600 մեգավատ հզորությամբ։ Այդ նպատակով աշխատանքներ են տարվում մասնավոր ներդրողներ ներգրավելու համար։ Բացի այդ, սպասվում է երկու նոր ջերմային կայանի կառուցում՝ Ե րևանում և Վանաձորում, որոնք ևս պետք է իրականացվեն մասնավոր կապիտալով։

Երվանդ Զախարյանը հյուրերին տեղեկացրել է, որ անցած տարվա վերջին ընդունված էներգետիկ համակարգի երկարաժամկետ՝ մինչև 2036թ. ռազմավարական ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում են էներգետիկ հզորությունների ավելացում նաև վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի ոլորտում։ Մասնավորապես, ակնկալվում է մինչև 200 մեգավատ հզորությամբ քամու, 40-50 մեգավատ հզորությամբ արևային կայանների և 120 մեգավատ ընդհանուր հզորությամբ փոքր ՀԷԿ-երի կառուցում։ Դրանով Հայաստանը նպատակ ունի նվազեցնել դրսից ներկրվող էներգակիրների ազդեցությունը ներքին սակագների վրա։

Անդրադառնալով տարածաշրջանային ինտեգրացման շրջանակներում էլեկտրաէներգետիկական համակարգում նախատեսվող նախագծերին, նախարարը խոսել է Իրան-Հայաստան և Հայաստան-Վրաստան բարձր լարման օդային գծերի կառուցման մասին, որոնք պայմաններ կստեղծեն էլեկտրաէներգիայի տարանցիկ փոխանակումների և միջանցքի ձևավորման համար։
