Հաղթանակի օրվա Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր շքերթը հիմա կախված է մեզանից, այս մասին հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի նապխագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին։

«Ես ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել յուրաքանչյուր պետության, յուրաքանչյուր առաջնորդի, ովքեր աջակցել են Ուկրաինային և մեր պետության առաջարկին՝ լիակատար հրադադարի վերաբերյալ։ Այսօրվա դրությամբ մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Ռուսաստանը մեր հրադադարի առաջարկին պատասխանել է միայն նոր հարվածներով, նոր հարձակումներով։ Այսօր, գործնականում ամբողջ օրը, ամեն ժամ, մենք ստանում ենք հարվածների մասին հաղորդագրություններ մեր երկրի տարբեր շրջաններից՝ Դոնբաս, Խարկովի մարզ, Դնեպրոպետրովսկի մարզ, Սումիի մարզ, Չեռնիգովի մարզ, Զապորոժիե, Խերսոն։ Ռուսաստանը չի դադարեցրել իր որևէ ռազմական գործունեություն։ Դժբախտաբար, չի դադարեցրել։ Ուկրաինան կկրկնի դա։ Կախված այսօրվա և վաղվա իրավիճակից, մենք նաև կորոշենք մեր լիովին արդարացի պատասխանները։

Ռուսաստանը մեզանից ստացել է հրադադարի և դիվանագիտության հստակ առաջարկ և գիտի, թե ինչպես կապվել Ուկրաինայի կամ նրա գործընկերների հետ՝ մանրամասները համաձայնեցնելու համար։ Եթե Մոսկվայում այդ մեկ մարդը, որը չի կարող ապրել առանց պատերազմի, հետաքրքրված է միայն շքերթով և ոչինչ ավելին, ապա դա այլ հարց է։ Սա է հարցը։ Ուկրաինան պատրաստ է աշխատել խաղաղության համար։ Ուկրաինան ձգտում է արժանապատվորեն ավարտել այս պատերազմը, պատերազմը մղեցին այն աստիճանի, որ նույնիսկ նրանց գլխավոր շքերթն այժմ կախված է մեզանից։ Եվ սա հստակ ազդանշան է. մենք պետք է դադարեցնենք այն։ Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր մեզ հետ են, ովքեր Ուկրաինայի հետ են»,-նշել է Զելենսկին։
