Բոլոր կանայք կհամաձայնեն, որ առողջ և փայլող մաշկը պահանջում է պատշաճ խնամք։ Օրը 2 անգամ մաշկը լվանալն առաջին քայլն է։ Հաջորդը քայլն այն է, որ պետք է մտածել՝ քիմիական բաղադրությամբ մաշկը լվանալու միջոցներից ազատվելը, որոնք ավելի շատ վնասում են, քան օգուտ են տալիս մաշկին։
Մաշկը լվանալու համար սեփական միջոցի պարաստումը լավագույն լուծումն է մաշկի համար։ Ներկայացվելիք բաղադրատոմսում օգտագործվող սոդան և կոկոսի յուղը բնական են և որ շատ կարևոր է՝ բավական մատչելի են։ Այս 2 բաղադրիչները օգտակար են մաշկի համար, քանի որ բարելավում են մաշկի որակը։ Դրանց համադրումն առավել արդյունավետ է գործում։
Սոդան և կոկոսի յուղը միասին արդյունավետ են ակնեի, կարմրության և մաշկի վրայի հետքերի համար։ Այն նաև կարող է օգնել մաշկի ավելորդ յուղն ու կեղտը հեռացնելու հարցում։
Սոդան մաքրող միջոց է, որը օգնում է պահպանել մաշկի pH հավասարակշռությունը։ Կոկոսի յուղն ունի հակաբակտերիալ, խոնավեցնող և բուժող հատկություններ։
Զգայուն մաշկի դեպքում պետք է խառնել 2-ը 1-ի հարաբերակցությամբ կոկոսի յուղ և սոդա, իսկ նորմալ մաշկի դեպքում 1-ը 1-ի հարաբերակցությամբ։ Խառնուրդը կարելի է դնել միկրոալիքային վառարանի մեջ 30 վայրկյան՝ մինչև կոկոսի յուղը հալվի և սոդայի հետ միասին դառնա համասեռ խառնուրդ։ Այնուհետ դնել սառնարանում 5-10 րոպե։ Հանել սառնարանից և քսել դեմքի և մարմնի մաշկին՝ կատարելով շրջանաձև շարժումներ, որը կմաքրի մաշկը մեռած բջիջներից։ Լվացվել տաք ջրով
Այս պարզ, բայց և շատ արդյունավետ ու մատչելի միջոցն օգտագործելով մաշկը կդառնա մաքուր, գեղեցիկ ու երիտասարդ։
