Քրեական ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերել, որ 44-ամյա և 36-ամյա եղբայրները, ներգրավելով այլ անձանց, նախապատրաստում են 32-ամյա երիտասարդի սպանությունը:
Տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ 32-ամյա երիտասարդը հայհոյել է եղբայրներից մեկին, ինչի մասին նա իմանալով և գտնվելով արտերկրում հրահանգել է Նոր Հաճընում բնակվող 44-ամյա եղբորը վրեժխնդրության նպատակով հաշվեհարդար տեսնել երիտասարդի հետ։
44-ամյա տղամարդը մտադրությունն իրականացնելու նպատակով ձևավորել է հանցավոր խումբ, որի անդամները, զինվելով ատրճանակներով և ինքնաձիգներով, Նոր Հաճընում սկսել են որոնել 32-ամյա երիտասարդին։
Վերջինս մտերիմների հետ Նոր Հաճըն քաղաքում մեքենայով շրջելիս նկատել է 44-ամյա տղամարդուն և իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող հրազենով կրակոցներ արձակել ու դիմել փախուստի։ 44-ամյա տղամարդը խմբի անդամների հետ հետապնդել է 32-ամյա երիտասարդին, կանգնեցրել մեքենան, սակայն, չհայտնաբերելով նրան, զենքի սպառնալիքի ներքո ծեծի է ենթարկել երկու ընկերներին։
Պարզվել է նաև, որ 44-ամյա տղամարդն իր կողմնակիցների հետ սոցիալական հարթակներից մեկում ստեղծել է խումբ՝ նպատակ ունենալով վերահսկել 32-ամյա տղամարդու շարժը և հարմար պահի տեսախցիկների ու մարդկանց բացակայության պայմաններում կյանքից զրկել նրան։
Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի շրջանակում դատարանի որոշմամբ խուզարկություններ են կատարվել 44-ամյա տղամարդու, հետապնդվող երիտասարդի և հանցավոր խմբի անդամների բնակարաններում։
Հանցավոր խմբի 3 անդամների բնակարաններից հայտնաբերվել են «Կալաշնիկովի» ինքնաձիգ իր պահեստատուփով, օդաճնշիչ հրացան, տարբեր տրամաչափի 86 փամփուշտներ, սվին դանակ։
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում միջադեպին մասնակից 9 անձ հայտնաբերվել, ձերբակալվել և ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին, ապա տեղափոխվել ձերբակալվածների պահման վայրեր։ Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ հանցավոր խմբի մյուս անդամներին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։ Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
