Սիրելի՜ հայրենակիցներ Արցախյան հերոսամարտերի փառապա՜նծ մարտիկներ, երկրապահներ Ազգային բանակի քաջարի՜ գեներալներ, սպաներ, զինվորներ
Արժանապատիվ բոլոր հայերիս անունից շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և դարավոր աղետների ու փառապսակ հաղթանակների միջով անցած հայրենատեր հայ ժողովրդին` անչափ նշանակալից Եռատոնի՝ Շուշիի ազատագրման, Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի կազմավորման ու Հայրենիքի պաշտպանի՝ Երկրապահի օրվա կապակցությամբ և իմ մաղթանքներն եմ հղում ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ երկրի սահմաններից դուրս գտնվող բոլոր հայորդիներին՝ ցանկանալով խաղաղություն, ուժ և միասնություն:
Ինչպես հեռավոր 1992 թվականին, այնպես էլ այսօր մենք հաստատակամ ենք. Արցախի ժողովրդի հայրենիք վերադարձի ու ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացումը սակարկության առարկա չեն: Դրանք բացարձակ արժեքներ են մեզ համար։
Մենք հպարտ ենք, որ ժառանգորդն ենք հերոսական հայ ժողովրդի արժանավոր զավակների, ովքեր պատերազմների միջով անցան և իրենց ողջ գիտակցական կյանքը նվիրաբերեցին Հայրենիքին։
Հիշենք և արժանին մատուցենք Շուշիի և ողջ Արցախի ազատագրման համար զոհված մեր հերոսներին։ Նրանք կանգնեցին նույնքան ամուր, որքան իրենց պապերը մոտ կես դար առաջ՝ Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմում:
Հիշենք Ապրիլյան քառօրյա և 44-օրյա պատերազմներում ընկած մեր երիտասարդներին՝ մեր նորօրյա հերոսներին, ովքեր իրենց կյանքով ապացուցեցին, որ անմար են մեր ժողովրդի ազատատենչ ոգին և կամքը։
Խոնարհում ու փառք նորօրյա պատմության բոլոր գոյամարտերի մասնակիցներին ու մարտում հերոսաբար ընկած մարտիրոսվածներին: Փառք ու պատիվ՝ Հայոց Ազգային Բանակի կազմավորման ակունքներում կանգնած հայկական կամավորական ջոկատների հերոս երկրապահներին, որոնք անզեն ու անպատրաստ, սակայն ոգով արի ու հայրենատեր, առաջինը ոտքի ելան հայրենիքը թշնամուց պաշտպանելու համար:
Զոհված ազատամարտիկների հարգելի ծնողներ և հարազատներ, խոնարհվում ենք Ձեր առջև։ Մենք կիսում ենք Ձեր ցավը, գնահատում ենք Ձեր քաջությունը և միշտ կլինենք Ձեր կողքին։
Անկախություն ձեռք բերելուց հետո, ավա՜ղ, պետությունն ունենք, բայց չկարողացանք հաստատել ու կայացնել պետականությունը։
Ոչ ոք և ոչինչ չի մոռացվել, և պատմության այս էջը դեռ փակված չէ։
Հավերժ փա՜ռք Հայրենիքի բոլոր պաշտպաններին։
