Վերջին օրերին միջազգային մամուլում ակտիվորեն քննարկվում է հանտավիրուսը՝ զբոսաշրջային նավում արձանագրված մահվան դեպքերից հետո։ Թեև հիվանդությունը հազվադեպ է հանդիպում, այն կարող է ունենալ ծանր ընթացք և որոշ դեպքերում՝ մահացու ավարտ։ Past.am-ը ներկայացնում է՝ ինչ է իրականում հանտավիրուսը, ինչպես է փոխանցվում և կա՞ վտանգ Հայաստանում։

Հանտավիրուսը վիրուսային վարակ է, որը հիմնականում փոխանցվում է կրծողներից՝ հատկապես մկներից և առնետներից։ Մարդը կարող է վարակվել վարակված կենդանիների մեզի, արտաթորանքի կամ թքի հետ շփման հետևանքով։ Ամենահաճախ վարակումը տեղի է ունենում փոշու միջոցով, երբ օդ են բարձրանում կրծողների արտազատումներով աղտոտված մասնիկներ։

Հիվանդությունը մարդուց մարդուն սովորաբար չի փոխանցվում, սակայն որոշ տեսակների դեպքում նման դեպքեր արձանագրվել են Հարավային Ամերիկայում։

Հանտավիրուսի ախտանշանները սկզբում հիշեցնում են սովորական վիրուսային հիվանդություն՝

  • բարձր ջերմություն,
  • գլխացավ,
  • մկանային ցավեր,
  • թուլություն,
  • սրտխառնոց և փսխում,
  • որովայնային ցավ։

Սակայն մի քանի օր անց վիճակը կարող է կտրուկ վատանալ․ զարգանում են շնչառական ծանր խնդիրներ, թոքաբորբ, շնչառական անբավարարություն, երբեմն նաև երիկամային ախտահարումներ։

Past.am-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ մասնագետները նշում են, որ հիվանդության որոշ ձևերի մահացությունը կարող է բավական բարձր լինել, հատկապես ուշ ախտորոշման դեպքում։

Վիրուսի դեմ հատուկ բուժում կամ լայն կիրառվող պատվաստանյութ ներկայում չկա։ Բժիշկները հիմնականում կիրառում են աջակցող բուժում՝ թթվածնային աջակցություն, հեղուկների վերահսկում և ինտենսիվ թերապիա։

Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանին, ապա այս պահին պաշտոնապես հանտավիրուսի բռնկում կամ հաստատված դեպքեր չեն արձանագրվել։ Հայաստանի առողջապահական մարմինների վերջին տվյալներով՝ երկրում շրջանառվում են հիմնականում սեզոնային շնչառական վիրուսներ։

Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս պահպանել հիգիենայի կանոնները, խուսափել կրծողների հետ շփումից, ինչպես նաև երկար ժամանակ փակ մնացած տարածքներ մաքրելիս օգտագործել դիմակ և ձեռնոցներ։
