Իտալիայի առաջնության 36-րդ տուրում չեմպիոնի կոչումը վաղաժամ նվաճած Միլանի «Ինտերը» 3 անպատասխան գնդակ ուղարկեց Հռոմի «Լացիոյի» դարպասը: Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքականի նախկին ավագ Հենրիխ Մխիթարյանն այդ հանդիպմանը երկրորդ խաղում անընդմեջ դարձավ գոլի հեղինակ, ինչից անմիջապես հետո կարևոր հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ իր ապագայի վերաբերյալ:
«Այս պահին գլխումս շատ հույզեր կան: Ես հիանալի կարիերա եմ ունեցել, ուրախ եմ իմ նվաճումների և ամենաբարձր մակարդակով ֆուտբոլ խաղալու համար: Ուրախ եմ լինել «Ինտերի» մի մասը և այս տղաների թիմակիցը, քանի որ նրանք վերջին չորս տարիներին երկարաձգել են իմ ֆուտբոլային կյանքը: Մնացել է վերջին մի քանի խաղը, որից հետո ես որոշում կկայացնեմ: Չորեքշաբթի մեծ հանդիպում ունենք, ցանկանում ենք լավ նախապատրաստվել և ևս մեկ տիտղոս նվաճել»,- Մխիթարյանի խոսքերն է մեջբերում DAZN Italia-ն։
