1-ին դասարան ընդունվող երեխաների համար նախատեսված ժամանակացույց. ինչ պետք է անել

Ներկայացնում ենք 2026-2027թթ․ ուսումնական տարում առաջին դասարանցիների ընդունելությունը, ըստ որի ՀՀ պետական հանրակրթական այն դպրոցներում, որոնք տվյալ բնակավայրում միակը չեն, կրկին կատարվելու է hayt.emis.am առցանց համակարգի միջոցով։
Եթե ունեք 1-ին դասարան ընդունվող երեխա, ապա եղեք ուշադիր և ըստ ժամանակացույցի կատարեք ստորև ներկայացված քայլերը․
ՀՀ պետական հանրակրթական դպրոցներում առաջին դասարանցիների հայտագրման բուն գործընթացը կմեկնարկի հունիսի 9-ից և կիրականացվի 3 փուլով
Որպես հայտագրման առաջին քայլ՝ նախ պետք է ստուգել երեխայի տվյալների ամբողջականությունը։ Այդ նպատակով ԿՏԱԿ–ը գործարկել է stugum.emis.am կայքը, որտեղ դպրոց ընդունվող երեխայի ծնողները մայիսի 10-ից սկսած՝ կարող են ստուգել երեխայի անձնական տվյալների առկայությունն ու ճշգրտությունը։ Այս քայլն անհրաժեշտ է բուն հայտագրման գործընթացն իրականացնելու ընթացքում տվյալների համապատասխանության հետ կապված խնդիրներից խուսափելու համար։
Հայտագրման գործընթացը կիրականացվի ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության «Կրթական տեխնոլոգիաների ազգային կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ–ի կողմից վարվող «Սովորողներին դպրոց հայտագրելու էլեկտրոնային համակարգի» (hayt.emis.am, haytru.emis.am) միջոցով։
Առաջնահերթություն և արտոնություն է դիտարկվում, եթե.հայտագրվող երեխայի քույրը կամ եղբայրը սովորում են հանրակրթական նույն դպրոցում,
հայտագրվող երեխայի ծնողը տվյալ դպրոցի աշխատակից է,
հայտագրվող երեխայի ծնողը ՀՀ պետական համակարգի աշխատող է, որն աշխատանքային պարտականության կատարմամբ պայմանավորված՝ տվյալ ոլորտային օրենսդրությանը համապատասխան` ՀՀ տարածքում ներքին գործուղման հետևանքով առնվազն 6 ամիս ժամկետով այլ բնակավայր է տեղափոխվել:
Վերոնշյալ ժամկետային սահմանափակումը չի գործում, եթե հայտագրումը կատարվում է ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված՝ տվյալ դպրոցից մինչև տուն սպասարկման հետիոտնային հասանելիության շառավղով բնակվող՝ անապահովության գնահատման համակարգում ընդգրկված ընտանիքների, խնամակալության տակ գտնվող, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխայի կամ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող ծնողների երեխաների համար: Այս դեպքում երեխային հաստատություն ընդունելու համար ծնողը դիմում է ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարություն՝ ներկայացնելով համապատասխան հիմքերը: Նշված խմբի երեխաների հայտագրումը կատարվում է՝ համաձայն 2010թ. նոյեմբերի 24-ի N 1640-Ն հրամանով հաստատված կարգի:
