Կերակրի սոդան դարեր շարունակ օգտագործվում է խոհարարության և կենցաղային աշխատանքների մեջ: Բայց դժվար թե շատերի մտքով անցնի այն օգտագործել կոսմետիկ նպատակներով: Եվ շատ իզուր… Սոդան հիանալի միջոց է, որի միջոցով կարելի է խնամել դեմքը, մարմինը և մազերը:
Իսկական կինը կգտնի, թե որտեղ օգտագործի սոդան:
1. Արդյունավետ պիլինգ
Պարզապես ձեր լվացվելու ամենօրյա սովորական գելին ավելացրեք մի պտղունց սոդա, կարող եք խառնել հենց ափի մեջ: Փրփրացրեք և թեթև մերսող շարժումներով քսեք դեմքին, ապա մի քանի րոպեից լվացեք գոլ ջրով: Դա նուրբ սկրաբ կլինի, որը կմաքրի մաշկը մահացած բջիջներից և մաշկն ավելի նուրբ ու փափուկ կդարձնի: Հատկապես հարմար է զգայուն մաշկի համար, քանի որ սոդան ունի հակաբորբոքային հատկություն:
2. Կորյակներ
Սոդայի տաք լուծույթով լվացվելն օգնում է կորյակների դեպքում: Լուծույթը չորացնում է մաշկն ու թեթևացնում բորբոքային պրոցեսները: Առանձին մեծ կորյակների դեպքում կարելի է նաև շիլայանման խառնուրդ պատրաստել և թողնել մաշկին մի քանի ժամով:
3. Դիմակներ պրոբլեմատիկ մաշկի համար
Խառնեք 2 ճաշի գդալ ալյուրը և օսլան 1 թեյի գդալ սոդայի հետ: Քսեք մաքուր դեմքին և կլոր շարժումներով մերսեք, ապա 10-15 րոպեից մաքրեք տաք ջրի մեջ թաթախված բամբակով: Կրկնեք շաբաթական մեկ անգամ:
4. Մաքրեք մազերն ավելորդ «քիմիայից»
Սոդան ազատում է մազերի յուղոտությունից և բազմապիսի կոսմետիկ միջոցների վատ ազդեցությունից: Խառնեք ձեր սովորական շամպունը սոդայի հետ 4:1 համամասնությամբ, ապա լվացեք գլուխը սովորականի պես: Մազերը շատ փափուկ և փայլուն կլինեն:
5. Սպիտակեցրեք ատամները
Ատամները մաքրելիս մի պտղունց սոդա ավելացրեք ատամի մածուկին: Այս թեթև սկրաբը կմաքրի ատամները` չվնաասելով էմալը:
6. Ազատվեք լնդերի բորբոքումից
Լնդերի բորբոքման դեպքում սոդան խառնեք քիչ քանակությամբ ջրի հետ, ապա մատներով նուրբ շարժումներով քսեք լնդերին:
7. Ազատվեք հոտից
Բերանի խոռոչի մանրէները ժամանակի հետ քայքայում են ատամների էմալն ու հանգեցնում բերանից տհաճ հոտի: Դրանք կարելի է չեզոքացնել, եթե օրվա ընթացքում մի քանի անգամ ողողել բերանը սոդայաջրով հետևյալ համամասնությամբ` 1 բաժակ տաք ջրի 1 թեյի գդալ սոդա: Սոդայի լուծույթն օգնում է նաև ազատվել թևատակների և ոտքերի տհաճ հոտից:
8. Ազատվեք այտուցներից
Սոդա օգնում է օրգանիզմից հանել ավելորդ հողուկը, ուստի այն կարելի է օգտագործել կոպերի և աչքերի տակի պարկիկների այտուցվածությունից ազատվելու համար: Պատրաստեք սոդայի լուծույթ (1 բաժակ ջրին 1 թեյի գդալ սոդա), բամբակը թաթախեք լուծույթի մեջ և 10-15 րոպեով դրեք այտուցված հատվածներին:
