Սնունդը հսկայական ազդեցություն է գործում արտաքին տեսքի, ինքնազգացողության և ամբողջ օրգանիզմի վիճակի վրա: Առողջ սննդի սկզբունքների օգտագործումն ապահովում է ոչ միայն լավ ինքնազգացողություն, այլ նաև դառնում է շատ հիվանդությունների, այդ թվում՝ քաղցկեղի կանխարգելման արդյունավետ տարր:
Ինչու˚ է սնունդն այդքան կարևոր առողջության համար:
Պարզվում է, որ դիետան, որը մարդու օրգանիզմին չի ապահովում ստանալու բոլոր անհրաժեշտ սննդարար նյութերը, հանգեցնում է իմունիտետի անկման: Բնական պաշտպանական մեխանիզմի բացակայությունը հանդիսանում է այն գործոններից մեկը, ինչի պատճառով առաջանում են մուտանտ բջիջներ, որոնք էլ դառնում են չարորակ ուռուցքների առաջացման պատճառ: Այդ պատճառով էլ շատ կարևոր է իմանալ, թե ինչ մթերքներ ենք մենք ուտում, և ինչպես ենք այն պատրաստում:
1. Հակաքաղցկեղային դիետայի ամենակարևոր կանոնը տապակած և չափից շատ վերամշակած ուտելիքից հրաժարվելն է, ինչն հարուստ է վնասակար հագեցած ճարպերով: Հարկավոր է օգտագործել մեծ քանակությամբ հում մրգեր և բանջարեղեն:
2. Հակաքաղցկեղային դիետայի սննդամթերքների մեջ են մտնում ցիտրուսները` մանդարին, նարինջ, կիտրոն, ինչպես նաև հատապտուղները` սևապտուղ արոսենի, սև հաղարջ, մոշ: Հակաքաղցկեղային են նաև կանաչ թեյը, սխտորը, դարչնագույն բրինձը և ձուկը:
3. Մեր սեղաններին հաճախակի պետք է բանջարեղեն և մրգեր լինեն, այդ թվում՝ սպանախ, գազար, բրոկոլի, բազուկ, լոլիկ: Այդ ամենը գերադասելի է ուտել հում վիճակում:
4. Կաթնամթերքներից օգտակար է օգտագործել կեֆիր, յոգուրտներ և թան:
