Առաջարկվում է, ուսումնական և ընտանեկան պայմաններից ելնելով, անձին տարկետում տրամադրելու լիազորությունը վերապահել զինկոմիսարիատներին՝ այս գործընթացում դադարեցնելով մարզային զորակոչային հանձնաժողովների իրավասությունը: Այդ մասին Ազգային ժողովի նիստին ասել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Արման Սարգսյանը՝ առաջին ընթերցմամբ ներկայացնելով զինվորական ծառայությանն առնչվող 4 նախագծեր, փոխանցում է Aurora News-ը-ն։
«Հստակեցվում է 27-37 տարեկան հասակում կրճատ ժամկետով պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայություն անցնող զինծառայողներին տրվող արձակուրդների ժամկետները, այսինքն՝ 1 տարով կամ 6 ամսով ծառայություն անցնողներին՝ 10 օրացուցային օր, իսկ 1 ամսով ծառայություն անցնողներին արձակուրդ չի տրվելու»,- ասել է նախարարի տեղակալը:
Արման Սարգսյանը նաև հիշեցրել է՝ 2024 թվականին կատարված փոփոխություններով և լրացումներով նախատեսվել էր 27-37 տարեկանում ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստացած և այլ պետությունում զինծառայություն չանցած անձանց, ինչպես նաև օրենքի խախտմամբ պարտադիր զինծառայություն չանցած ՀՀ քաղաքացիների կողմից պարտադիր զինծառայություն անցնելու կամ դրա փոխարեն համապատասխան չափով գումար վճարելու պարտավորությունը, որը, սակայն, որոշակի խնդիրներ է ստեղծում ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանվածների կարգավիճակով հաշվառված անձանց կողմից ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար դիմելու գործընթացում:
«Բռնի տեղահանման հետևանքով շատ դեպքերում չեն պահպանվել այդ անձանց կողմից զինվորական ծառայությունն անցած լինելու փաստաթղթերը, որի հիման վրա հիմնավորված չի դառնում նրանց վրա համապատասխան պարտավորության կիրառումը, ինչը ևս խոչընդոտում է նրանց հետագա կարգավիճակի հստակեցումը և ինտեգրումը»,- հավելել է նա՝ նշելով, այս խնդրի լուծման նպատակով ևս կարգավորում է նախատեսվում:
Նախատեսվում է նաև հանել կին զինծառայողներին օրվա վերակարգում ներգրավելու արգելք սահմանելու դրույթը:
