Երևանը կարծես ուշադրություն չի դարձրել Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու՝ Մոսկվայի հասցեին հնչեցրած նողկալի հարձակումներին Հայաստան կատարած այցի ժամանակ։ Այս մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ԱՊՀ երկրների չորրորդ դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Միխայիլ Կալուգինը։

«Իհարկե, Մոսկվայում արձանագրել են Բրյուսելի կողմից ակնհայտորեն ներշնչված Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու այցը Երևան, նրա նողկալի հակառուսական հարձակումները, որոնք հյուրընկալող հայկական կողմը ջանասիրաբար չէր նկատում»,- նշել է դիվանագետը։

Կալուգինի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանում Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի և Հայաստան-ԵՄ գագաթնաժողովների անցկացումը տեղավորվում է հայ բնակչության համար գայթակղիչ եվրոպական «միրաժ» ստեղծելու տրամաբանության մեջ, հատկապես խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախաշեմին։

«Այս տեսանկյունից հատկանշական է մի պահ։ Հայ-եվրոպական գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքներով հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է Հայաստանում 2,5 միլիարդ եվրոյի, ընդգծում եմ, «հնարավոր ներդրումների» գումարը։ Սա հենց այն նույն գումարն է, որը ԵՄ-ն խոստացել էր դեռ մի քանի տարի առաջ, բայց այդ ընթացքում այդպես էլ չկարողացավ գտնել», - ուշադրություն է հրավիրել դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարը։

«Այսինքն՝ եվրոպացիները փորձում են «վաճառել» այն, ինչ չկա, ընդ որում՝ ոչ առաջին անգամ։ Կուրացնող «փայլի» տակից սպրդել է նաև այն, որ հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է Մեծամորի ատոմակայանի՝ հանրապետության էներգաապահովման հենասյուներից մեկի շահագործումից հանելու ուղղությամբ համատեղ աշխատանքի կարևորությունը», - հավելել է դիվանագետը։

Ինչպես նշել է Կալուգինը, այս ամենը միայն հաստատում է, որ եվրոպացիների՝ դեպի իրենց, ինչպես իրենք են ասում, «հավասար գործընկերները» տածած համառ ուշադրության հետևում կանգնած է բացառապես ուտիլիտար մոտեցումը, որի մասին բազմիցս ասվել է։ «Բրյուսելում ոչ ոք նույնիսկ չի մտածել Հայաստանի շահերի մասին, որը մինչև վերջին ժամանակները ձգտում էր հավասարահեռ դիրք գրավել ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի հարցում։ Եվրոպացիները հանրապետություն բերեցին իրենց ռուսատյաց օրակարգը և, կամա թե ակամա, դրան «միացրին» Երևանին։ Ըստ էության, երկիրն օգտագործեցին որպես հարմար հարթակ իրենց քաղաքական նախագծերի համար», - արձանագրել է դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարը։
