«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

vfokuse.mail.ru-ն «Փորձագետ. Երևանյան գագաթնաժողովը ՀԱՊԿ-ից Հայաստանի դուրս գալու և ինքնիշխանության կորստի նախաբանն է» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Երևանում տեղի է ունեցել Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթնաժողովը: Պատմական գիտությունների դոկտոր և RUDN համալսարանի Քաղաքական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի փոխտնօրեն Եվգենի Սեմիբրատովը vfokuse.mail. ru-ին ասել է, որ Երևանում տեղի ունեցողը ոչ միայն դիվանագիտական միջոցառում էր, այլ նաև նպատակային ընտրարշավ:

Փաշինյանը ցույց է տալիս, թե ուր է տանելու երկիրը և որ քաղաքական ուժերի վրա է հույսը դնում: Սա մանիֆեստ է: Արևմուտքը ցույց է տալիս իր աջակցությունը Հայաստանի ներկայիս քաղաքական ղեկավարությանը և պատրաստ է ներդրումներ կատարել նրա քաղաքական ռեսուրսներում, բացատրել է փորձագետը: Սեմիբրատովի խոսքով, Փաշինյանը, սկսած 2018 թվականից, ունի արևմտամետ մոտեցում։ «Հիմա մենք տեսնում ենք ութ տարի առաջ նրա ասածի իրականացումը։ Հարավային Կովկասը ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի Ռուսաստանի համար, բայց Փաշինյանը շարունակում է հետապնդել իր սեփական օրակարգը՝ փորձելով նվազեցնել Ռուսաստանի դերը տարածաշրջանում»,- նշել է քաղաքագետը։

Փորձագետը հիշեցրել է, որ ապրիլի սկզբին Կրեմլում կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ուղղակիորեն է հայտարարել, որ Հայաստանում ցանկացած ռուսամետ ուժ չպետք է ենթարկվի քաղաքական հետապնդման։ «Բայց հիմա Ռուսաստանի պաշտոնական ռազմական դաշնակցի տարածքում անցկացվում է միջոցառում, որն ուղղված է Ռուսաստանի քաղաքական դատապարտմանը»,- ընդգծել է փորձագետը։

Քաղաքագետը պնդում է, որ ներկայիս գագաթնաժողովը անցկացվում է ընտրություններից առաջ Փաշինյանի դիրքերը ամրապնդելու համար։ «Քաղաքական ռազմավարության տեսանկյունից նրան անհրաժեշտ է վճռական հաղթանակ իր հակառուսական օրակարգն իրականացնելու համար։ Իսկ ընտրություններից հետո նա կարող է ավելի ակտիվորեն սկսել նախապատրաստվել ՀԱՊԿ-ից Հայաստանի դուրս գալուն և Շիրակից ռուսական ռազմաբազայի դուրսբերմանը», - բացատրել է նա։

Սեմիբրատովը քիչ հավանական է համարում, որ Հայաստանը նույն ճակատագրին կարժանանա, ինչ Ուկրաինան։ «Այն միտքը, որ Երևանը կբախվի իր սեփական հատուկ ռազմական գործողությանը, նման է «մարսեցիների վայրէջքին Երկրի վրա», - հայտարարել է փորձագետը,– Հայաստանի համար սպառնալիքը բոլորովին այլ է։ Այն գալիս է նրա հարևաններից, կոնկրետ՝ Թուրքիայից և Ադրբեջանից»։

Փորձագետը զգուշացրել է, որ եթե Հայաստանը մնա առանց Ռուսաստանի «անվտանգության հովանոցի», ապա հայկական պետականության գոյությունը հաջորդ 10-15 տարվա ընթացքում կարող է հարցականի տակ դրվել։ «Միջազգային իրավունքը, անշուշտ, լավ բան է, բայց Մեծ Թուրանը՝ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի աշխարհագրական միությունը, վերջիններիս համար խիստ ցանկալի սցենար կլինի։ Այս աշխարհաքաղաքական խաղում սխալ հաշվարկները կարող են թանկ նստել Հայաստանի վրա», - եզրափակել է Սեմիբրատովը։
