ՆԳ նախարարը ՄԱԿ պատասխանատուների հետ քննարկել է COP 17 համաժողովի շրջանակում անվտանգության ապահովման և հասարակական կարգի պահպանման հարցեր

ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը ընդունել է ՄԱԿ-ի «Կենսաբազմազանության մասին» կոնվենցիայի կողմերի 17-րդ համաժողովի (COP 17) շրջանակում անվտանգության ապահովման հարցերով պատասխանատուներին և ՄԱԿ ներկայացուցիչներին։

Ինչպես հայտնում են ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարությունից, Արփինե Սարգսյանը նշել է, որ հայկական կողմը լայնամասշտաբ միջոցառումների կազմակերպման, հետևաբար և պատշաճ անվտանգային միջավայրի ապահովման զգալի փորձ ունի։

Գերատեսչությունից նշում են, որ նախարարն այդ համատեքստում ընդգծել է Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի 8-րդ գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում բարձրաստիճան հյուրերի մասնակցությամբ մեծամասշտաբ միջոցառումների անվտանգ և անխոչընդոտ իրականացումը, ինչը ևս մեկ անգամ փաստում է, որ Հայաստանն աշխարհի ամենաապահով երկրներից մեկն է։

Արփինե Սարգսյանն ընդգծել է նաև միջազգային գործընկերների հետ երկխոսելու, ինչպես նաև առաջնահերթություններն ու նպատակները հստակեցնելու կարևորությունը, ինչը թույլ կտա նախապես նույնականացնել հնարավոր մարտահրավերներն ու մշակել արդյունավետ լուծումներ։

Կարևորվել է պատասխանատու այլ պետական մարմինների հետ սերտ փոխգործակցության, անվտանգային միջոցառումների համաժամանակեցման և տեխնիկական մանրամասների հստակեցման անհրաժեշտությունը։

Համաժողովի անվտանգային միջոցառումների համակարգող Իսմեթ Բայրամովիչը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար, բարձր է գնահատել անվտանգային միջոցառումների համակարգման հարցում ՆԳ նախարարության պատրաստակամությունը։ Նա շեշտել է, որ արդյունավետ համագործակցության շնորհիվ արդեն իսկ հաջողվել է կարգավորել ընթացիկ մի շարք հարցեր։

Աշխատանքների արդյունավետ իրականացման նպատակով կարևորվել է հետագա քննարկումներում պատասխանատու այլ ստորաբաժանումների ներկայացուցիչների ներգրավումը։

ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության գվարդիայի հրամանատար Հայկ Բաբայանը և Պարեկային ծառայության պետ Գևորգ Զաքարյանը պատվիրակության հետ առանձին ձևաչափով քննարկել են համաժողովի ընթացքում իրականացվելիք անվտանգային համալիր միջոցառումների մանրամասները։

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել հասարակական կարգի պահպանմանը, ճանապարհային անվտանգության ապահովմանն ու գործնական այլ մանրամասների։

Ընդգծվել է քաղաքացիների բնականոն տեղաշարժի ապահովման կարևորությունը։ Քննարկվել է այլընտրանքային երթուղիների մշակման հարցը՝ տրանսպորտային հոսքերի հնարավոր խոչընդոտները նվազագույնի հասցնելու նպատակով։

Անվտանգային միջոցառումների իրականացման մանրամասների շուրջ քննարկումները շարունակվում են։
