«Ինչպե՞ս կարող է փոքրիկ բյուջե ունեցող պետական մարմինը խանգարել բարերարին»

Մոսկվայում բնակվող բարերար Մովսես Ձավարյանը, ով ֆինանսավորել է Օձունի Սբ. Աստվածածին եկեղեցու վերականգնումը, Հայ-ռուսական տեղեկատվական անկախ կենտրոնին տված հարցազրույցում պատմել է «Օձունի նոր կյանքը» ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքում առաջ եկած խնդիրների մասին: Վերջինս նշել է, որ շատ խոչընդոտներ հենց պետությունն է ստեղծում բարերարների առաջ:
Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում հուշարձանագետ Սամվել Կարապետյանն ասաց. «Հազար կայք հազար բան կարող է գրել: Ներեցեք, ես թեմայի մեջ չեմ»:
Վերականգնող ճարտարապետների ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Գագիկ Սողոմոնյանն էլ պատասխանեց. «Խնդիրների մասին տեղյակ չեմ եղել: Ես գիտեմ, որ սկզբից շատ բարյացկամ մթնոլորտ է եղել: Դժվարանում եմ ասել, թե վերջն ինչ եղավ: Անկեղծ ասած՝ պրոբլեմը չեմ ճանաչում: Բայց ես չեմ հասկանում, թե ինչպես կարող է փոքրիկ բյուջե ունեցող պետական մարմինը խանգարել բարերարներին: Գուցե դուք ինձնից ավելի՞ն գիտեք, բայց երբ դրսից մարդիկ ուզում են օգնել, իրենք շատ են ուրախանում»:
Past.am-ը մեկնաբանության համար դիմեց նաև պետական գերատեսչությանը: Մշակույթի նախարարի տեղակալ Արև Սամուելյանը հորդորեց զանգահարել վաղը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Օձունի Սբ. Աստվածածին VI դարի եկեղեցին 2010 թվականին փլուզման առջև էր հայտնվել: 2011 թվականին, համացանցում տեսնելով սրբավայրի վերքերի լուսանկարները, գործարար Մովսես Ձավարյանը որոշեց ստանձնել դրա վերականգնումը, որը տևում է 4 տարի:
