«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, վերջին օրերին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առավել ընդգծված ջղաձիգ պահվածքը մի քանի խորքային պատճառ ունի: Առաջին պատճառն այն է, որ իր համար գնալով ավելի անմխիթարական են դառնում ներքին օգտագործման համար պաբերաբար արվող հարցումների արդյունքները: Տխուր պատկեր են ի ցույց դնում նաև անկախ կառույցների հարցումներն ու ուսումնասիրությունները:

Օրինակ՝ «Նախընտրական զարգացումների մոնիտորինգ» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության՝ օրերս իրականացրած մոնիթորինգն էլ ցույց է տվել, որ քարոզարշավի առաջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում ամենաբարձր անձնական հակառեյտինգ ապահովել է հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Փոխարենը անձնական ռեյտինգի դինամիկ աճ են արձանագրել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ու Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։

Երկրորդ պատճառը վերաբերում է ընդդիմադիր հիմնական ուժերի պահվածքին: Ակնհայտ է, որ վերջիններս (խոսքը իրական ընդդիմադիրների մասին է) միմյանց նկատմամբ այլևս հանդես չեն գալիս, և բոլորն առանձինառանձին հետևողականորեն ու փաստարկված էլ ավելի են ոչնչացնում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առանց այդ էլ ցածր վարկանիշը: Սրան գումարած՝ իր սատելիտ ուժերը որևէ կերպ չեն էլ մոտենում գոնե մխիթարական տոկոսների:

Վերջապես երրորդ պատճառն այն է, որ, չնայած ողջ վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառմանը, «շրջիկ խմբերին» հավաքների բերելուն, այդուամենայնիվ, իր նախընտրական «հանրահավաքներին» այդպես էլ մարդաքանակ չի ապահովվում, եղածներն էլ պետական կառույցների աշխատակիցներ են, որոնց ներկայությունը պարզապես «ապահովել» են, կամ իր հետ «գնացածներն» ու իրավապահները: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, ընդդիմադիրներին փողոցային բառապաշարով պիտակավորելուն, վիրավորելուն զուգահեռ՝ նա ամենօրյա ռեժիմով «պատերով է տալիս» քպական պատասխանատուներին, որ չեն կարողանում մարդաշատություն ապահովել
