Ինչպես է կերտվում պատմական պարտությունը

Բոլորի աչքի առաջ այս իշխանությունը պարտվում է։ Երևանում, Գյումրիում, Վանաձորում, բոլոր մարզերում, գյուղերում։ Իշխանությունը չունի որևէ սոցիալական խավի աջակցություն։ Նույնիսկ առողջապահական նախընտրական ապահովագրության էֆեկտը թուլանում է։

Իշխանությունը ոչ մի առաջարկելու բան չունի ժողովրդին, հասարակությանը, ընտրողին։ Ոչ մի ծրագիր, ոչ մի նախագիծ։ Միայն սպառնալիք է ու վիրավորանք։ Նման անասելիք իշխանություն Հայաստանը չի ունեցել։ Նույնիսկ 2021-ին դեռ ինչ-որ բան ասում էին՝ Արցախի դեօկուպացիա, ինքնորոշում և այլն, թեև հետո արեցին լրիվ հակառակը։ 2021-ին գոնե սիրուն խաբում էին, հիմա դրա հավեսն էլ չունեն։
Սուտը միակ ծրագրային թեզն է, Ալիևի աջակցությունը՝ միակ աջակիցը։

Քարոզարշավի ընդամենը առաջին շաբաթում այս պատկերն ակնհայտ է դառնում։ 2-3-րդ շաբաթներում այս վիճակը բոլորին ավելի տեսանելի է դառնալու, և «չեզոք-դիտորդ» ընտրողը կողմնորոշվելու է ընդդիմադիր 3-4 անցողիկ ուժերի կողմը։

Ընդդիմությունն ունի մի քանի պարզ խնդիր. մեծացնել հասարակության տարբեր շերտերի հետ թիրախային երկխոսությունը, բացատրել ռիսկերը և ներկայացնել դրանց չեզոքացման սեփական ծրագրերը։ Եվ իհարկե, չպետք է թույլ տա ակնհայտ կոպիտ սխալներ։

Իշխանությունն իր պաշարում չունի իրեն ուժեղացնելու ռեսուրս։ Օբյեկտիվորեն չունի։ Կարող է ավելի կոշտ վիրավորել, ավելի կոշտ սպառնալ, բայց չի երևում, թե ինչի հաշվին կարող է ուժեղացնել իր դիրքերը։ Եթե գնա կոպիտ խախտումների կամ ուժերից որևէ մեկի հանդեպ արգելքների, դա ավելի է վատացնելու վիճակը։Իհարկե, մտքում դեռևս ունի թե´ մոլդովական սցենարը, թե´ ռումինական, թե´ նիկոլական։

Բոլորը պատրաստվում են լավ փոփոխությունների

Դեռևս մեծ թափով աշխատում է ընտրակեղծիքների ու վարչական և ուժային ռեսուրսի չարաշահման մեխանիզմը՝ բոլորի աչքի առաջ ստեղծելով ընտրությունները նախապես կեղծելու տեխնիկական պայմանները։ Հանրահավաքների քշված դպրոցներ, պետական և համայնքային կառույցների հոգնած աշխատակիցներ, ամբողջ ուժով իշխանությունների քարոզին լծված պետական մանրումեծ ծառայողներ, պետական բյուջեի և պետական պարտքի հաշվին ընտրողին արվող «լավություններ»։ Առաջիկա 1-2 շաբաթում փոփոխությունների լուրը և մթնոլորտը հասնելու է նաև նրանց։ Հավաքական ընդդիմությունն իր զսպվածությամբ ու վստահությամբ պիտի նպաստի այս անխուսափելի պրոցեսին։

Իր պարտությունը տեսնող իշխանության վերջին գայթակղությունըկարող է լինել ուժային բաղադրիչի սանձարձակ կիրառումը։ Եվ ահա այդտեղ կարևոր է, որպեսզի ուժային կառույցների պատասխանատուները հասկանան, որ գնացող իշխանություններին մատուցված նման թանկարժեք ծառայությունների գինը վճարելու են անձամբ իրենք՝ իրենց կյանքի թանկ տարիները փչացնելով։ Ու արժի լավ մտածել՝ ապօրինի հրամաններ կատարելուց առաջ, քանի որ դրանք լինելու են այս իշխանությունների վերջին հրամանները։
Վերջին փուլում, իհարկե, ուժայիններն էլ են տեսնելու, որ Հայաստանում տեղի է ունենում ամենախաղաղ, ամենաօրինական, ամենակարևոր պահին՝ նոր սոլիդ իշխանության ձևավորման պրոցես։
